Hotel Hot spring Chongqing

Fantastic stay outside the bustle of urban Chongqing. Very comfortable rooms with private hot springs, I’d also recommend trying out the bathroom’s steam room. Got upgraded to a villa which further amplified all the perks of staying at a resort like this, great privacy while still being within a few mins of the lobby. Clover was a great point of contact during my stay, helping me book and pay for stuff at the hotel, Eric also took the time to help me book a Didi ride. As a foreigner visiting Chongqing I was glad to have their help. Very beautiful hotel grounds, and within 30 minutes of the aesthetic downtown Beibei district of Chongqing. About an hour’s taxi ride to the city center and Chongqing West station. Would recommend for any first time visitors to Chongqing!

I went to relax during the holidays. My child was very happy. I also gave him a ticket to a hot spring. We took a bath in the evening. It was better to take a bath indoors. He didn't feel cold when he got up. Before we left the hotel, my child had already chosen a theme room for the next visit.

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient parking for self-driving and convenient bus and subway transportation. The breakfast is also good, the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the room is clean and tidy. The hot spring is also good, and the service attitude of the hot spring waiter is particularly good. The weather is a bit cold, and ginger tea is delivered. I will continue to stay here next time.

Great hotel for a spa break. Rooms very clean. Rooms come complete with a desk and huge tv and all laptop connections you could want. Usb, Hdmi, various Chinese and European plugs. Rooms have both a shower and a bath. The rubber ergonomic pillow was great. Natural hot springs in the same building. Area is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can walk along the river, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

One of the best stays in China as a foreign traveller! The hotel and its facilities are excellent, clean and well furnished with every detail taken care of. The surrounding views of the mountains and rivers are stunning and the hotel is ideally situated just out of the city in the mountains. Our room included a outdoor natural hot spring as well as pool overlooking the river. The bathroom also had a hot spring/bath inside. The hot springs are some of the best we have been to and were included in the stay along with breakfast and a private morning yoga session. Steve and the team were incredible and looked after us during the entire stay - he assisted us with our booking, check-in, dinner and spa reservations as well as assisting us with anything else we needed, all in English. There were also English copies of the menus in the restaurant and translations throughout the hotel and stay which was a massive help, especially being foreign guests at the hotel. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel which were both great. The breakfast consisted of local Chinese (The Chongqing Noodles are an absolute must) as well as international options. For dinner, we asked Steve to recommend traditional, local dishes and he took care of the rest. The Duck, Salted Goose and Lotus root were our top picks from this. There is of course a very wide selection of international dishes to choose from as well. The hotel is the perfect blend between modern 5 star luxury and a traditional, nature stay. We highly recommend Bolian to anyone looking for the perfect escape from the city. We will certainly be back!

The rooms are cost-effective and the service attitude is good. Especially the service staff at the front desk are hospitable and patiently help passengers solve their problems. The room is clean and the facilities are practical.

I booked a parent-child room for my birthday. The price is a little higher than on weekdays. The indoor hot spring is very comfortable. The decoration is a little old. After all, it is an old five-star hotel. The children had a lot of fun. I hope the price can be more reasonable so that the cost performance is high... The rest is very good. The beef noodles for breakfast are really good. I recommend it. The attitude of the lady at the front desk is also very good. Thumbs up.

Thanks to Sweet Ou who updated my room to a suite, it is a kind of house which made me hard to make a decision which one to sleep, it is also the biggest room I have ever stayed in my travel, enjoyed it and will choose in my next visit to Chongqing.

In terms of comfort, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view, the room layout is modern and warm, and there is a small tea table in the room where you can drink tea or take a walk. The appearance of the hotel is also very beautiful. In addition, it is convenient, and you can reach the hot springs after a short walk. Xinxin, the sister at the front desk, is super nice and gentle, and I am very satisfied.........
