A big room more suitable for families rather than a couple. Self check in process was smooth and there is a 24 hour customer service reachable.

I found my stay at this hotel quite inconvenient. The location is far from the train station, and check-in is done via video conferencing, as there is no staff at the counter. There are no cafes or vending machines un the hotel, and the hotel is situated in a remote area with no restaurants, cafes, or convenience stores within 1 km. Although the room was spacious and clean, I will not be returning to this hotel.

Checking in was cumbersome as it required video conferencing, lacking the human touch. The room was well-equipped but too tight for four people, with no separation between the kitchen and hall. However, it was clean, and the large screen smart TV was a bonus. The hotel is a long walk from the train station with no nearby shops or restaurants. Security is a concern as there were no staff or passersby around. However, for those seeking an escape from city life, it could be a suitable choice.

Near the Minami Chitose Station, around a 15 minute walk, it's convenient for those arriving late and need a place to stay overnight. We had the family room and was pleasantly surprised by how large it was and all of the amenities. However, check in/out was beyond a challenge. Nothing Trip gave us worked. We had to contact the service help via the iPad at the front desk.

I just needed a place near the airport for the night. It was 10mins by taxi. About 1800 - 2300 yen. Check in was via tablet and video call. Easy. Done in less than 5mins. Building was new, rooms were new. A comfortable stay for me and my family. I didn't have the time to go to RERA Mall, which wqs about 10mins walk away. There. Was also a soba restaurant just opposite.

The apartment was big and spacious but the downside there was no family mart and nothing is around the area, difficult to find food. It was also quite dark to walk back to apartment from the station. Other than that everything was good.

Overall Good but just two things 1. hot water not working and got very slow support 2. no convenience store near by

The check in process was complicated. I have spent half an hour in the lobby just for the check in process. You need a car to find yourself convenient to get to nearby shops and restaurants. Other things like room amenities and cleanliness is good. Recommended for big family travelling with difficulties to find guest room hotels out there.

前台自助式check in.可能比較和大家常使用的方式有些許不同。但還算方便。 室內空間很大很舒服。適合悠閒式的旅遊體驗。
