I stayed here a few times before and love it here. I am happy to see that they can make it looks as good as what I have in my memories, after the big floods. The river may not be the most beautiful river but the landscapes of the hotel gave a very good complement to it. Breakfast was very good, as always.

Spacious room and nice hotel ground. Some hardwares in the room are showing signs of age and room temperature is on the warmer side. It’s a decent hotel but lacking warmth in other hotel I visited. The typical Marriott hotel. Had the best latte at Latest Recipe. Thai dinner was good with attentive service. Afternoon tea at Favola with river view was pretty and lots of food.

Room was big with high ceiling. Beddings very comfortable. Uses malin+ goetz toiletries. Good spread for breakfast, tasted great too!

I was deeply disappointed with the service at this 5-star hotel. Last night, my boyfriend experienced a GERD episode and severe stomach pain. I called the lobby to request antacids, only to be told the hotel did not have any available. While this was understandable, I asked if someone could purchase antacids from a nearby convenience store, offering to cover all expenses. Shockingly, the receptionist refused to help. For a 5-star establishment, I expected a willingness to assist guests in urgent situations. This lack of basic support and empathy does not align with the level of service one would anticipate from a hotel of this caliber.

Very spacious rooms, suitable for stay with kids and 2-3 adults. Nice view and environment itself. Even though property itself is not brand new already, but it is still very neatly maintained as much as it is possible. Not overcrowded, all staff is English speaking and helped us to get a free room upgrade!
