Easy convenient check-in, big room, nice bathroom, little balcony which was nice. Comfy bed. Great location. Coin washing machines are cheap. Would recommend.

excellent pricing for what you get there! room comes with balcony :-D and: it is kind of quite, even though the big street is close by.
if you have scooter or car: go for this one;
if not, you have to take taxi or grab, as it is not in a very interesting area. no bicycle or scooter rental around :-/
but a big local food market/foodcourt onn the other side of the bog street/area behind 7/11!
in the lobby they have a water heater and you can buy soft drinks and instant noodel soup there
