We recently stayed at Smile Lanna Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was an unforgettable experience for our family. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a charming blend of traditional Lanna architecture and modern comforts. Our kids absolutely loved the spacious family-friendly room, and the hotel’s pool was a huge hit. We spent a lot of time there, as it was perfect for both adults and children. The location is ideal, offering easy access to many nearby attractions, yet it felt like a peaceful retreat within the city. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and we appreciated how accommodating the hotel was to our children’s needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, Smile Lanna Hotel exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended for families traveling to Chiang Mai.

IT was wonderful, from check in to the stay and breakfast. Best service, people and hotel not huge but cozy and clean. Definitely to recommend

The staff is really friendly ! From check in till Check out ,they demonstrated very professional And friendly manner ! We have a Xmas party there which hosted by hotel ! Breakfast is good with variety of choices ,even mango sticky rice ! However I cannot enjoy the pool Since it was a bit cool to swim But in general a wonderful Experience !

Very clean and nice hotel, lovely swimming pool. Staff very friendly. Rooms had everything you need. Breakfast was very nice, and had a good range of food. The best coffee!

酒店小而美，一步一景 親子友好，恆温泳池+每日串珠活動+週末做肥皂 房間是蘭納風，隔音相當差，隔壁間説啥話都能聽見 酒店員工友好，沒感覺歧視中國人 有一個缺點，交通不便，有去夜市班車，但每天就一班，而且衹是送過去，要自己回來。

設施：空調大金算是泰國為數不多的空調開起來安靜的酒店，這個必須表揚一下 衞生：乾淨 環境：一樓有壁虎，介意的選二樓。 服務：能看見，微笑服務。

落地入住的 inside，然後轉到這邊的酒店，相比之下環境一流，設施很好，帶小孩過來十分推薦，服務比那邊稍差一點意思，我們下午1點到的，2點可以準備好房間，期間可以去酒店內部的泳池或者小童樂園玩一會，但當我們13:55的時候進入酒店大堂等候的時候，他們告訴我房間還需要10分鐘，並且讓我出去等候…不能坐在大廳沙發上等….

設施：非常好，恆温泳池太棒了，怕冷的也不怕下水了。 衞生：非常好。 環境：酒店不大，很有特色，非常好。 服務：整體都不錯，大部分服務員都特別好，特別熱情。
