The hotel is clean and not far from city center

Hi this Hotel was great for the money great room and size the only bad point was the bed it was like sleeping on a board no bounce rock hard so had a terrible nights sleep apart from that all good

Great resort but everything is 10min drive away

It was okay. The location is a bit out of the way.

Nice and cozy area of the hotel, the garden is well looked after. There is a small fitness room. Not a bad pool, though during our stay it was not observed that it was cleaned - leaves on the bottom of the pool Very uncomfortable beds, hard mattress, it was so unusual to face this in a 4-star hotel, we slept badly. Poor cleaning, a lot of dust - on flowers in a vase, on chairs, dirty floor. Just walk on the floor and your heels are dirty. The location is far from everything, be sure to travel either by taxi or rent a transport.

It's a quiet hotel..even though there's construction nearby..but overall it's okay.

The room is relatively small. I don't know where the speakers are loud at night. The bed is relatively hard and it is uncomfortable to sleep. I don't know what is dark on the towels and I don't know how to replace them with clean new towels. The room is not worth the price.

The hotel front desk and waiters are very polite, the accommodation environment is quiet, but it is a bit far to go out to the scenic spots, it is most suitable for self-driving tours, it is a good place for you to rest, and I will definitely stay again next time I come to Chiang Mai

The room is clean, the maid cleans very well.
