Hotel is good located peace and quiete n nice locationjust check in little harder as people can't speak English and few are rude too rest all good

The booked rooms are in a separate building and provide good value for money. Nimman area is close by and so is Maya Mall. For the price paid it's excellent. If you need more comfort book the main hotel building at higher rates. Overall a very good stay.

The place had a good location, very friendly staff, and excellent service. The breakfast was one of the best we've had on our trip. The only thing that needs improvement is the facilities, as they're a bit dated.

while rated 4 stars (and I'm not picky) perhaps deserved for the lobby, the room was a walk up using stairs with a shower that drained so slowly that had to limit to under a minute or risk flooding the bedroom, i alerted reception and while the person seemed attentive was apparently not impressed as no one came up to look leading me to believe it's unfixable, location wise close proximity to MAYA mall which has a nice food options and some cool restaurants with seemingly different music every night

The room is clean. Location is good. It near MAYA mall and university of Chiangmai. Staffs are very friendly

Good location, no stairs to compact rooms, but only 3 floors. Good for the price. Nothing fancy to expect.

Overall for my opinion for this hotel is nice though furnitures are quite old. the carpet in the corridor has the smell.
