Some bugs and spiderwebs, pillowcases not fitting the size, otherwise all good.

Used to stay overnight for half marathon following morning. All very clean and room made up to high standard, apart from bathroom door which did looke tricky to maintain. Staff very friendly and promptly arranged our late check out and extended carparking.

Excellent accommodation. Very good check in and staff very professional when dealing with guests. Great location. Rooms are excellent spacious and very clean. Definitely stay here again.

Great location, easy to walk into town. Fantastic room with kitchen, bathroom, sofa etc. could have stayed much longer.

Great place to stay very close to all the shops, bars and restaurants but nice and quiet in the evenings. Spotlessly clean. Lovely staff

Betty&Fran went above&beyond to make my stay memorable.a pity Mo spoiled that.1st time in a roomzzz..great they are apartment rooms…albeit tired and a bit grubby…carpet tiles need renewed as does the wallpaper and stained chairs,day 2 I booked a penthouse which was phenomenal..views stunning,but patio decking&furniture tired&needed cushions&updating.the race course is the selling point,great to have a laundry room&hot drinks and water on tap…as well as croissants in the morning…no milk or cold drinks or fruit as stated in booklet tho…

Brilliant location and lovely friendly staff. Perfect for what we needed and the added bonus of the kitchen area. Will definitely look at using this Hotel chain again.

The location being so close to the centre of Chester, and the view overlooking the racecourse was very good. The housekeeping was very poor though, no beds were made, towels only changed once, and no washing up done of cups etc over three days is very poor !!

Having stayed at other Roomzz we didnt feel we could go wrong, and it was the same high standard. Perfect spot for the town centre, with on site parking. Rooms are spacious, comfy bed and every amenity you could need. Bathroom had an amazing shower. The complimentary tea/coffee in reception 24/7 was great as were the free pastries in a morning. Staff were friendly and polite. Would definitely stay here again
