"This hotel operates both a motel and a hotel in the same building. Upon arriving at the entrance, I saw a sign for the motel, which gave me a bad impression. After checking in on the 3rd floor, perhaps because the room I entered was near the staff quarters, I was unable to get any sleep until around 4 AM due to the noise of desks and chairs being turned off and other work sounds. It was the worst of the countless domestic and international hotels I have stayed in. Additionally, there was no door between the room and the bathroom, so the sound of flushing after using the toilet at night was so loud that it disturbed my travel companion's sleep as well. I am also extremely disappointed in Trip.com for booking such a hotel."
