We had a truly delightful stay at Hanu Reddy Residences Poes Garden, where the quiet, nostalgic, and impeccably well-maintained environment immediately made us feel at home. The serene ambiance, surrounded by greenery and a sense of history, offered a peaceful retreat away from the city's hustle and bustle, yet it was conveniently located for easy access to key areas of Chennai. Staff’s hospitality The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Ashok, Ajay, Kishore, Desmond, Martin, and Sudhanshu were all friendly, attentive, and helpful, consistently going out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the experience, making us feel welcomed and cared for at every interaction. Dining Experience Dining at Pushpa’s Kitchen was another highlight. We thoroughly enjoyed both breakfast and dinner there, appreciating the quality and variety of the meals served. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious spread including traditional Tamil & Continental dishes. The dinner was equally satisfying, served in a charming setting that complemented the overall ambiance of the residence. It would have great if tiffin items could have been included for dinner. Overall, Hanu Reddy Residences Poes Garden offers a unique blend of old-world charm, excellent service, and a peaceful environment, making it a perfect choice for anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay in Chennai.

A beautiful oasis in the heart of Chennai. You felt you were in the serene peaceful countryside. The building had stunning architecture and gorgeous terraced gardens. This is now my favourite hotel in Chennai by far. The staff are warm, welcoming and super helpful. The restaurant is such a lovely terraced area and the food was excellent- the best veg biryani I’ve had and the pungal at breakfast was so tasty. There were lots of nice communal sitting places so would be perfect too for families and groups traveling. It was very clean all round in spite of some renovations occurring. The bedroom was spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable.

We stayed at 4/12 Nawab Habibullah Avenue, 2nd St, Thousand Lights, Chennai. We stayed in suit room 2 nights and in a small room 2 nights as the suit room was booked previously. While checking out they charged us with same fare for all 4 nights, when we reconfirmed with manager they started to say all room even it’s suit or normal prices are are… so I would advice all the customer to check fares properly before check in. Very poor managers behaviour
