While checking In, at around 10 :30 PM on 24/4/22, the receptionist at that time was so strict as though we were doing something wrong in asking for different room and hotel related information. He wanted us to strictly inform him about the timing of our food that has to be given and taking the order for coffee or tea in the night itself when we were checking in dead tired and just wanted to hit the bed. I totally understand that the documents are crucial for booking the rooms, he made sure that all the members' documents were provided to him when we were juggling around for more than 45 mins to arrange the docs (photos). He seemed to be so strict about it, that he started telling that only after the docs were submitted will he be able to officially generate the booking whereas he bounced before collecting all the documents to get the payment done from us. This clearly showed the attitude of the receptionist at the check in time. He was being so strict with all these, but never answered the multiple phone calls when called from the room. I really felt he was so rude with us.
