A decent property well placed in city. The check-in process was not convenient and staff was bit untrained or already exhausted, 11am in morning. Rooms are decent, with cleaning challenges, as we found a cigarette butt and hairs in washroom from previous guests. B/fast was sumptuous and tasty. Staff was bit handy, but the GM of hotel is really friendly and active. He took feedback with grace and helped. Overall didn't feel like a 5 star experience, but certainly a good place to stay for a stop.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Turyaa Chennai. I’d like to especially commend Priya at the front desk, who greeted me warmly and ensured a seamless check-in process. Her courteous demeanor and genuine willingness to help made a fantastic first impression. She even surprised me with a room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Our stay was incredibly comfortable, and we were thoroughly impressed with the prompt and efficient service provided by the team. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality exceeded our expectations. Special mention goes to Riya, Jayshree, Krishna, Arun, and Raj, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless and enjoyable. Their warm and attentive approach made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The attention to detail in every aspect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the thoughtful amenities provided, reflected their commitment to excellence. Location is excellent, great to be in hotel, staff avail or everything specious rooms. Excellent rooftop, all the floors are well managed, food was great, excellent breakfast but requested to add some more veg items. Snacks. Totally happy to be here booked again in dc for week rather going anywhere else. Liked the mini fridge contact. All greatly managed. Error-free. Good support

The ambience is wonderful. Room was very neat and tidy. Buffet breakfast was very sumptuous and delicious. Staff was courteous. Overall a very comfortable stay.
