I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews and ratings, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the very beginning. I arrived at the hotel at 10:00 AM after an overnight journey, hoping to check in and rest. However, Mr. Vinoth at the reception (who claimed to be the hotel manager) was extremely rude and refused to allow early check-in, citing a standard check-in time of 12:00 PM. He demanded 50% of the room rate for early check-in, despite the fact that rooms were clearly vacant. To make matters worse, he advised me to cancel my Agoda booking and rebook directly through the hotel to be eligible for a room — a suggestion that was completely unreasonable since my existing booking was non-refundable. As a result, I was forced to wait in the reception area for two hours without being able to freshen up or have breakfast. There was zero sense of hospitality, and the staff seemed more interested in exploiting guests for extra money than providing a welcoming experience. Overall, very disappointing service and attitude. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
