There were many people during the Chinese New Year, but the service was not neglected. Catherine took the initiative to ask us whether we had recorded the license plate when we checked out, and the hotel service staff took the initiative to extend New Year greetings to the guests. We also encountered a lion dance activity, and the a**osphere was good.

I came to Xindu District for a business trip for a few days, and I booked this hotel casually on Ctrip. After experiencing it for a few days, I really can't wait to write a good review. It is really a perfect experience without dead ends in all aspects. Whether it is the check-in experience, service attitude, environmental vision, and the convenience of the geographical location, they are all impeccable. And I really need quiet! The sound insulation is super good! ❗️I really want to praise the housekeeper Sister Xiao Wu, who is beautiful and kind. Because I stayed a little longer, the housekeeper will add your WeChat before check-in, and ask about your check-in habits and any needs. During the check-in process, you will be responsive, very, very heartwarming! ! ! [Bitter] It's really like a family. After checking in, the hotel will prepare fresh fruits every day. When eating breakfast the next day, the service staff will also take the time to clean the room. And!! The bedding is so comfortable that you can sleep naked! It's really the best night of dreamless sleep I have had in the past few months! There is also the hotel's breakfast, the wontons are so delicious! There are all kinds of cuisines, and I eat a lot every morning hahahaha 😂 I learned about the theme of the hotel. It is the first Tang Dynasty culture style in China. Every service staff wears Hanfu, which is so elegant~~ The service staff are all handsome men and beautiful women. They are polite and enthusiastic without being excessive! Everyone loves it. Whether you come to Chengdu for business, residence or travel, this hotel is really highly recommended to experience it. You will definitely not regret it. It is worth the money! ! Amazing! We chose this hotel for its prime location and promising facilities, amenities and views. Our room was clean and very spacious for a family of 3. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub - there’s even a sauna here. Having a washing machine and drier in the room made it convenient for us to wash and dry our wet clothes from swimming. Our stay here was worth every penny. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chengdu.

The sales manager Anthony did a great job! He’s professional in what he’s doing, super friendly and caring. He did a great hotel tour to introduce the brand and all the facilities. I love my stay experience there indeed! Also credit to the lovely lady Icy at the reception.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and cozy, and they provided everything I needed during my stay. The staff were kind, and the food at the restaurant on the first floor was amazing! My family came here for a short Thanksgiving break to rest and relax, and we were extremely satisfied with our experience. One of the highlights was the tea room on the 5th floor, a very quiet and relaxing space. There are just a few things I’d like to mention for improvement: - The small pool, which is meant to be a kids' pool, was too cold. My 19 mo daughter couldn’t enjoy it as much as we had hoped. - The sauna was off when I first checked, and I had to ask them to turn it on. Since it takes some time to heat up, I couldn't fully enjoy it during my stay. - While most of the staff spoke English, there were a few instances where I had to use a translator on my phone to communicate with. Anyways, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
