Convenient location. Just next to train station. Walking distance to Chunxi, Takooli and etc It’s easy to locate also, it’s a tall building that has many other hotel brands in the same building. This hotel is not the cheapest in the building but it really has its 4 star quality. Nice lobby, helpful front desk. The laundry room is clean, helpful for people who long traveled.

Excellent location in front of Tianfu Square, great base for exploring the city and the region. Spacious and comfortable room and very attentive staff, although with some limitations in communicating English. The hotel occupies two floors of a building shared with other hotels, which causes a little confusion upon arrival. Negative point is the terrible smell of cigarettes in the room, even though it is a non-smoking room. Furthermore, elevators are filthy, with cigarette and food remains.

Location is good. But the staff is not so friendly. We lined up for registration when we arrived. However, there was a China woman suddenly appeared and cut our queqe and the front desk staff still served her instead of us. The staff neither stop her from cutting queqe or apologising to us. How rude it is! That was the first day we arrived at Chengdu. Bad impression on the locals and we doesn’t feel welcome by the staff there.

Located very near the train station. Room was big and well-decorated. All amenities were provided including body lotion and hair conditioner!

Comes with self-service washers and dryers, complimentary wonton soup, afternoon tea (which I missed) and desserts. Some stains on the carpet and blind but everything else are very clean and neat. Great customer services and very friendly . Across the road from the Tian Fu square railway, tours services downstairs.

We arrive at the hotel in late night. The reception staff were serve us politely.

Hotel staff service is good , location wise is commendable and we even book our day trip tour with the cits agency office located at ground floor. Overall we still enjoy our stay in hazen.

The hotel belongs to the simple yet modern accommodation, right next to the dead center of the city: TianFu Plaza (Heaven's Square). It takes up floors 9 and 10 in a 14-floor highrise populated with other like-minded hotels. Nothing luxurious about it, but I like the wheat-field-sawn interior design and its brightly lit lobby. The front desk are professional faces, but not cold-looking. The breakfast is served by a young person with a white uniform instead of a typical older person with a greasy spoon. He is very professional by making sure the food-serving area is spotlessly clean and all dishes warm--that I have to give him good credit--for I have seen many instances that seem to suggest that all the fusses about keeping dishes warm is a fart. Another seemingly minor detail is that Hurray! all staff communicate to you in Mandarin, not Sichuan Dielet!!! If you can get a city-view room, you should congratulate yourself on the high C/P values in this delightful neighborhood.

Conveniently located at the centre of Chengdu. We had a great stay as the staffs were efficient and friendly. If you are travelling for a long period of time, they have a laundry room that will cater to your needs. Special mention to 小高 for attending to our requests and making our stay an enjoyable one. Will definitely be staying if we are back in Chengdu again.

Excellent hotel with everything I want yet affordable. I checked in late and 小吕helped me with it. She is so nice and friendly, they even provide free flow desserts and fruit plate for us. Will definitely come back again if I visit Chengdu. Good Job Hazens! Good Job 小吕!

Good location and clean. Tianfu Square Subway is within walk distance. Receptionist DD provides good services.
