The overall service is so so..... doesn't deserve a 4 star hotel. The security issue is our concerns cause someone can reach our floor and slot in the name card for massage service.

Location the hotel is good i like it,near station 🚉 you can walk to station to go anywhere and front information is kind they help me check in before time to check in. Decide room is beautiful and have space for 2 people enough for living ,if i come back at Chengdu i will stay there again 👍🏻good

quiet an 4star old hotel but the room overall was clean and tidy. Unfortunately since we're foreigner it takes long time in Checked in process. I suggest the front desk can learned more how to deal with the foreign passport

Very good location if you want to visit the Panda Research centre i. the morning to catch the pandas out and about. also close to Chengdu Zoo. Rooms were spacious, beds were clean and comfortable, shower has all toiletries and a nice modern look. Front desk staff were attentive and helpful, also very patient dealing with foreign passport.
