The overall service is so so..... doesn't deserve a 4 star hotel. The security issue is our concerns cause someone can reach our floor and slot in the name card for massage service.

Location the hotel is good i like it,near station 🚉 you can walk to station to go anywhere and front information is kind they help me check in before time to check in. Decide room is beautiful and have space for 2 people enough for living ,if i come back at Chengdu i will stay there again 👍🏻good

Everything perfect, the room, the small studio, was small but clean tidy comfortable with enough space for everything and a big and clean bathroom. The hotel was in a very nice position with everything nearby Highly recommended

It was nice hotel, near metro station. Some staff did speak decent English, others did not. Overall it was a good stay.

quiet an 4star old hotel but the room overall was clean and tidy. Unfortunately since we're foreigner it takes long time in Checked in process. I suggest the front desk can learned more how to deal with the foreign passport

Very good location if you want to visit the Panda Research centre i. the morning to catch the pandas out and about. also close to Chengdu Zoo. Rooms were spacious, beds were clean and comfortable, shower has all toiletries and a nice modern look. Front desk staff were attentive and helpful, also very patient dealing with foreign passport.

Spacious and clean room. Easy to get to by taking the metro. There is a mall one stop away and is also near Wenshu Monastery.

A very nice and comfortable hotel just a few hundred metres from a metro station. Staff are very friendly and the service is great. I enjoyed the breakfast too.

On the whole the hotel is as stated in the picture of the photos shown as on the website. Only plus point is that it's located very near the metro station. The front desk staff was helpful and the hotel is clean but most of the things like bed and furnitures were very old. Happy with my stay as service attitudes of the staffs were good. But feel cheated because the photos looks new and grand but it was not as it should be,
