the room is very clean and the staff are all friendly and ready to help especially the front office manager Mr 罗黎。He actually remembered my last name after a period of 6 months. Very impressive indeed. This hotel is also close to a mall and within walking distance. This will be my hotel of choice whenever i visit chengdu.

They literally fixed all our problems and they also gave a small ”Hilton Panda bear” to my son which was really appreciated.
