Ulasan Changcheng Holiday Inn Chengde Summer Resort

We love this hotel. Staff were friendly and this lady: 阳阳晓明 was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips and suggestions on where to go. If you need help when booking this place, just add her. She will translate the messages you send ber using her wechat's translation app. On our first evening here we crossed the road outside the hotel and had a lovely time exploring. We are there only for 1 night but we enjoyed our stay.

Great location in the center of interest of ChengDe. Easy to reach any places to visit. Rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is very kind and the food is great too

Great swimming pool and spa. Restaurant for dinner was delicious. Perfect location at the riverside to have a walk in the evening.

Good location along the river; not too far from Chengde's main attractions. Decent enough bed but lacking proper air-conditioning. Staff spoke no English, of course, but what should one expect in China?

My experience was overall good, but the bathroom of the room I booked for the first night (single, queen bed) was so stinky at night that I could not bear it. I called the concierge, and the maid came to clean the bathroom (they were very fast= good service) but the problem is in the pipes, not in the cleanliness, (it was very clean) so spraying a bit of air freshener won't solve the problem. I changed rooms the following night. Also, it was quite noisy at night and in the early morning, they should keep an eye on noisy guests. Last thing, but not less important, people were smoking inside the hotel corridors and it was stinky. The management should try to enforce the rules of non-smoking. I understand that know nobody in the hotel wants to call on the smoking clients, but not enforcing the law results in other clients being unhappy too. All in all, I would probably stay there again.

酒店在避暑山莊附近，環境很好，交通也很便利，辦理入住的大堂香味清新，院落古香古色的，房間是簡約風，整體很乾凈衞生，用品很齊全，特別點贊明明和前台艷陽服務的周到，很細心。衞生乾淨整潔！值得推薦[愛心]

是第二次入住這家酒店，必須誇一誇了，疫情剛剛結束，酒店是開業不久，乾淨整潔，尤其是淡淡的禪意，空氣中瀰漫著讓人輕鬆陶醉的香味，時隔兩年多，再次到承德首選長承假日，進入酒店就能感到一種幽靜的書香氣息，服務員小姐姐勝男熱情的介紹周邊景區便利店和公共交通，艷陽把我們領引到客房，並詳細的告知明天早餐時間和餐廳具體位置。酒店走廊是那種曲徑通幽之處的感覺。我們選擇一樓帶小院的住處，艷陽幫助打開客房打開小院門，打開廊燈並小心台階，這服務真讓人感動。住酒店首先要檢查衞生間，我都不知這麼誇，乾淨整潔都不用説，一不小心撞到玻璃門上，這玻璃簡直是太亮了。離開酒店時又見到艷陽和勝男，提了個建議，廁所玻璃門太亮了貼個小圖標吧。

酒店環境很好，房間温馨寬敞，衞生乾淨整潔，前台小姐姐艷陽、勝男服務很好，價格也沒美麗，得到一次很舒適愉悦的入住體驗！這家酒店真的超讚👍🏻

因為帶孩子出門 所以提前看了酒店，選了好久最後選了長承 位置不錯 離附近的景區都不遠，辦理入住的時候前台小姐姐 麗娜 很熱心的幫我們推薦附近的美食和景點 酒店有早餐 種類也很多 還有現煮的麪 孩子很喜歡 一次有機會來承德還會入住

前台佳慧、艷陽、勝男服務細緻入微，知道我們是帶孩子來花滑考級特地為我們安排了安靜的房間，看到我有提前寄到的快遞箱子，主動幫我們把箱子送到房間，讓我們延遲退房，讓孩子能午睡一會，真的非常温暖了！房間還不錯，衞生乾淨、兩個枕頭一天一硬，不用麻煩通知酒店送硬枕頭了，想的比較周到！就是希望酒店管理層能想辦法優化一下吸煙區域，靠酒店客服人員去勸告不是長久之計，客服人員已經很盡力也很為難了，應該是酒店妥善安排吸煙區域，不要影響到其他旅客。
