From the time we arrived staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Excellent facilities and the rooms were clean and tidy. Only stayed the 1 night but will definitely stay again

easy booking, friendly and helpful staff as we had to book a separate additional day, which was done efficiently.

Overall it was good but The worst part about hotel is that they didn’t provide basics amenities like tooth brush and toothpaste and if you ask for it they charge you which doesn’t makes sense to me. Besides this the bathroom light keeps on blinking and during the day time it was completely off.

Stayed for 1 night with breakfast with my son and husband . Had a multiple room ( double and single bed ) .  Room was very clean , good size with a desk and chair . Wardrobe , hairdryer and iron facility. Also good sized Tv . Bathroom again clean and supplied with towels , hair and shower gel .  The added bonus was access to the fitness suite ( pool and gym ) .  Hotel contained a bar and separate restaurant area . We didn’t have to book a table , we were seated straight away . Food was slightly expensive in price , but adequate.  Breakfast was a buffet , well presented, a variety of choice of cooked and cold choices .  The only thing I would say was a bit of a “ let down” , was paying £7 to park our car in their private car park .  Overall a lovely hotel , to which I would definitely return to !  The Reception lady was also very happy , friendly and chatty 😁

The overall experience was good, The bedrooms were clean and adequate, but a little dark.The leisure facilities were adequate, however the changing rooms were really cramped, We ate in the restaurant on the first night, but were very disappointed with the menu, the food and  the service. The breakfasts however were good.

The room is clean and has the basic amenities but no refrigerator. The parking is not for free even for guest.

Great Hotel and great Location near to center of Cheltenham

Not bad for a one night stay. Decent pool for the kids to swim in and rooms were ok too. Need better pillows, they are like bricks.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and very clean, although as it was close to the spa you could smell a bit of chlorine but this disappeared quickly. We also used the spa after we checked out - it had a hot tub, sauna, steam room and swimming pool so had all the amenities. Only downside was the corridors - could do we a bit of a refurb.

We booked a hotel for one night. The initial price seemed quite good, but it was quite annoying to find out that there was a lack of transparency. They didn’t mention that the car park had an extra charge of £7. Additionally, on Trip.com, breakfast was available for an extra £14, and it was stated that kids under four years old eat for free. When the receptionist asked if we wanted breakfast, we said we would decide in the morning, and she didn’t mention anything further. However, we found out in the morning that breakfast cost £16. Had we decided the night before, it would have been £13, but they also asked for an additional £5 for the kids. Furthermore, the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. Also swimming pool was closed.

Very helpful staff and a lovely spacious triple room. Swimming pool an added bonus. Very good value and handy for both Cheltenham and the M5

Tv great location and easy to find. Didn’t know about the £7 car park charge which was a bit of a pain, but we were able to come and go for the duration. Swimming pool and jacuzzi was not in action (but they did email and let us know). Gym was extensive and one of the reasons we booked the hotel - good lot of cardio and weights. The breakfast was fab and definitely worth it!
