You get what you pay for they double booked our room so someone walked in on me and my family that was annoying and we got a refund

Was loving the place until someone else was checked into my room and even got a working key to come into my room while I was naked . Front desk completely disregarded the issue

My review is for trip.com I didn't even stay there and i didn't give me my money back and I tried to change the dates and u wouldn't work with me..I had to stay in the airport for 24hrs ..u guys are horrible not the hotel

Cheap but no free breakfast. Free transport provided to Charlotte airport

Friendly staff, great location, and very clean establishment. Will stay again soon.

環境一般，酒店名改了差點找不到，比較不衞生，還是不建議入住

本次入住的是三樓，窗子不能打開通風，有點小味道，總體來説還行，有班車到機場，周邊的環境一般，Uber打車到奧萊店大概10-14美金

不錯，感覺還可以 就是這個位置有一點點偏，然後住的也就還行. 沒有什麼特別的感覺，畢竟地方也不是市中心，然後我丟了一根線 回來再找的時候前台就跟我説沒有找到….

這酒店很大，但是感覺很舊了。很多設施都比較舊。 Wi-Fi更是，房間完全沒信號。 位置也不好找，酒店藏着內街裏

還可以吧，畢竟價錢不貴。服務員不錯。

For my 2 nights stay it was more than enough. Big room with a king size bed. Bath. Refrigerator and microwave. Clean and quite. Affordable price.

It was a horrible experience. The staff at the front desk was not welcoming at all. She was on the phone most of the time and I have to wait for our check-in. When we went to our room, the AC unit wasn't working and the room was so hot. When my husband called the front desk, the same staff came and said our hotel is over-booked, I will see if I can find a different room for you. we waited almost half an hour and my kids were so exhausted, they fast asleep in the room. I send my husband to check and after 15 mins, my husband came and then we transferred the sleeping kids and our bags to new room. The washroom in the new room was so congested that we cannot even stand and brush our teeth. you have to close the washroom door to move to sink or toilet or bath tub. horrible horrible experience.

The check in of the Ramada was closed, so we had to check in at one of the two joint hotels. Our room smelled of cigarettes (even though it's supposed to be a smoke-free hotel), all of the amenities I was excited for were closed down (the restaurant, the beautiful bar pictured, and the large lobby was dark and empty with the water feature shut off and drained). There was a roach in the room and the staff were short with us. When we requested a room change, we had to wait for staff to address two other guests ahead of us in line who also requested room changes for similar issues. Then they told us they had no more rooms. We ended up just finding somewhere else for the night and swallowing the money spent on the reservation. It was cheap and now I see why...
