The facility has been well maintained and updated regularly by what I could tell. But, the bathroom needed some more TLC. A pet peeve is a sink that doesn't drain. Simple fix, a plumber comes in and cleans out the exit pipes below. The tub area just a little tired. Everything else, breakfast, lobby, etc all good. Never tried the pool as it was out of season when we were there.

Our stay at this location was wonderful. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was polite, courteous and helpful. The ladies tending the morning breakfast buffet were super. Smiles were abound from this staff.

The breakfast attendants Kim and Chelsea were exceptional. The food was delicious and the dining area was spotless. Their wonderful personalities made for a very pleasant dining experience.

Very very nice hotel at a budget price point. The room was perfect and we couldn’t have been more pleased.

Had a good room on the first floor and all was clean. The ac unit was falling apart but worked. I wasn’t upset at all. Breakfast was decent as well. The staff at the front desk was helpful, friendly and greeted me almost every time I passed by. Lots of water damages throughout the guest room corridors. Things like that takes away from the guest experience and recommend it be taken cared of asap. Water pressure in the shower ******! It took me twice as long to take a quick shower. Crazy! Get rid of those shower heads and put in place good ones! Thanks!

The employees at this hotel made our stay! They were efficient, hard working, and fun. Everyone was helpful and smiles on their faces. The morning breakfast crew was excellent. I have never had a better breakfast bar. Thank you!

Excellent hotel in Charleston. Easy access to downtown and neighboring areas.

Property is good but they did daily charges on our account for no reason.

Comfortable bed, clean room and friendly check-in made for a satisfying stay.

As i reached earlier they gave the early check in always smiling and friendly atmospheric nice location not far from the airport

Great basic hotel. Good beds, good breakfast, friendly staff. Also, a traffic light at the entrance so you can get into the traffic on 17! Will stay again next visit to Charleston.

The property needs up grade. The staff was wonderful.
