Very pleasant hotel. My family and I really enjoyed staying at the Campanile hotel. In the lobby there is very delicious sour plum tea. The laundry room is also very good, there are several washing machines and dryers available. The service from the hotel staff is also very friendly.

Highly recommend this hotel. I think they upgraded our room. It was huge room. Supper is a nice touch even though it's a simple one. Staff are friendly and helpful. Transport is not so convenient as Chaozhou doesn't have the subway but booking a ride with Didi is quite affordable.

Location is a bit far out from walking. Attraction area. Check in & check out was fast. Was up grade to better room which is more spacious and clean. Which they using technology for lighting, curtain, toilet, TV. Cleanliness room ,as only the aircon take few hour to let the room cool down which a bit down part for me. Overall is recommended hotel to stay.

The name can be a bit misleading as it is not that close to the old town - Plan around a 20-30 min walk to reach it. There’s also not much food choice around, mostly construction stores. Hotel is clean, service is nice, breakfast is okay.

My room was a nice size with huge windows. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the old city from there. If your phone is in English, when you connect to the wifi it tells you to input your room number and name, but this won't work. Change the login in screen to the Chinese option and it will ask for your phone number, then send you a verification code. That is how you log in.

這個價格性價比非常高，房間夠大，乾淨，放東西的也夠多，廁所衞浴化粧鏡全部是分離的非常好，不會被佔用，還有冰箱，如果雙床房床再大一點1.5米的，就滿分，前台服務很好很熱情，有地庫很好停車，車庫旁就是充電樁，慢充非常適合居住的旅客，離周圍景點都很近，下次還去旅遊的話，我還會住這裏，跟訂房圖片一樣，感覺比圖片還法

設施：入住的是豪華大床房，智能語控，基礎設施都有，小辦公桌，枱燈齊全。衞生間乾濕分離，有智能馬桶，會自動沖水（聲音夜晚比較大）。有小冰箱，迷你功夫茶具，機器人服務，有自助洗衣房，早餐還是挺豐富的。 衞生：乾淨衞生整潔。 環境：雖然入住了7樓，由於整棟樓靠近馬路邊，晚上還是有點微吵。前台貼心的贈送了耳塞。 服務：辦理入住比較遲了，工作人員謝冰耐心指引。

房間整體比較大，服務特別好，點名表揚前台謝冰，不僅幫忙介紹好吃的好玩的，還貼心的關注天氣問題，給扇子 酒店離古城挺近的，周圍也有一些必吃榜和老字號美食，在潮州打車都很方便也很便宜 希望店家和謝冰都能越來越好

來潮州旅遊，看了很多酒店，最終定了康鉑。大堂有桌面足球⚽️，兒子特別喜歡玩。前台小姐姐看我們帶着小孩，免費給我們升級了更大的房間，很安靜。特別贊，酒店乾淨，衞生。下次來潮州還會訂。
