This hotel was very excellent. And also the hotel staff was very friendly, hardly recommended. Easy to go anyway. See you next time chaozhou.

We were allow to check in earlier. The check out time was 2pm.
Hotel breakfast variety and taste were good. Recommended.

The lady at the reception was super kind and helpful. She helped me to call a taxi by mobile app (it’s complicated for foreigners in China) and helped me to check the Wi-Fi at my room at midnight. I’ll stay there again if I come back to Chaozhou.

I like the hotel free laundry services. However, the television kept spoilt. Stayed 2 nights. First day got to ask the front desk to send someone up. Next morning, television cannot work again. The other room cannot even off the television, got to sleep with the brightness.

Staff went out of the way to help us book a taxi to Chaoshan station as our Didi app didn’t work. Really appreciated that. We were surprised by the free laundry service and used it right away. The location is a bit far from Paifang Street but we were able to get the tuk tuk to send us a couple of rounds. The hotel breakfast was simple but had enough variety for us to choose from. There are a few eateries nearby that were cheap and good.
