The staff was amazing. They are welcoming and helpful if you need anything. The room is small but had a balcony which we enjoyed our complimentary Prosecco. Loved the breakfast three tiered assortment of food, omelets and cafe is great. The hotel is tucked away so took us a few minutes to find but love the location.

Amazing hotel right in the center of Athens and so much shopping and restaurants around you. The staff were all amazing and for sure I am coming back to this hotel next time. Special thanks Maria she was soo awesome and welcoming . Also, to the hotel manger Charis. Everyone is amazing in this hotel. Thank you guys !

The location was good, and the reception staff are very friendly. The room isn’t too big, but we have a French style balcony. There are a lot of cute shops nearby and of course supermarket downstairs. We were very happy to stay there.

The location is great but it is super noisy at night. Be careful if you want to have a good sleep.

The hotel is located in central Athens, 6 min walk from a metro station (40 minutes trip to the airport by metro, 9 EUR fare). The hotel decoration is great, the reception staff is courteous, friendly and efficient. Maria and Ana were excellent hostesses in this area. The room was clean and well taken care of. The only issue was a slight smell coming from the drains in the shower room. The bed was confortable and I enjoyed a very good rest. There is a terrance in the 5th floor open 24 hours with a very nice view of the Acropolis, which is actually 20 minutes walk from the hotel. I did not eat on the premises. However, there is a very nice Greek restaurant in the corner, where the staff was very helpful with the menu. I found a bit annoying the attitude of the doormen. You are questioned every time you want to get into the hotel. As the doormen do not wear uniforms, you do not even know that they are staff members. They should be more corteous. Overall, it was a very good experience and I will certainly look at this hotel when I visit Athens again.

It was perfect, we had a great time, the food is excellent and the room is huge. The staff is lovely, especially Costa and Maria highly recommend Liat and Keren.

Great hotel with wonderful staff. Right in the heart of Athens. Just perfect!

From the moment we entered the hotel & were greeted by the front desk staff & manager we felt welcome & knew we’d made the right choice. We arrived just after 9am so well ahead of check in but they were happy to store our luggage & offered to call once the room was ready. The call came as promised just before 11.30am. We were offered a welcome drink (complimentary) on arrival which was a really nice touch & the manager came over with a map of the area with the hotel location clearly marked. There was a handwritten card & a small bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in our room & our luggage was already there too. It’s the small, personal touches that I feel really make a difference & this hotel completely hits the spot. All of the staff were so helpful, offering restaurant recommendations & arranging the reservation. My only regret was due to an early start we couldn’t have breakfast which we saw another guest having when we arrived. It looked amazing, everything you could wish for and more. We’ll definitely consider a return trip!

The staff made our anniversary special by surprising us with wine and a handwritten note with well wishes. Very clean. Although located on busy street, which was great for access to shopping, etc., the room was quiet and allowed for comfy night of sleep.

Georgia was an excellent host; helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Only issue was the seam at bottom of shower door was partially missing so water leaked out. Also, one towel had a hole in it when room was serviced. Otherwise, a great hotel, fantastic location and terrific breakfast.
