Ulasan Alley LIN Homestay

Location is very good. Rustic setting at the end of an alley. Host was very responsive to requests. Establish contact using WeChat to communicate with host.

this guesthouse is located in the small lane, and quite a distance to the tourist spots, and surroundings is quite silent & not much food stalls around ; the room is small with the attached tiny toilet ; the owner is not at the guesthouse, if you are foreigner without local phone number, then need a help from local to contact the owner (we are waiting for an hour ==" ) o ya got 1 cute cat there

We were attracted to the traditional look of Alley Lin Homestay and it didn't disappoint. Accomodations were simple but cozy although the bathrooms are not heated so it does get quite cold in winter. We got a room with traditional wooden locks so that was fun. Location is great, with it being a short walk from the old town and there is a lovely breakfast stall about 5 minutes away. The caretaker was really friendly and helped us with finding transportion to the train station. It also has the friendliest and cutest cat!

Tip top service! The owner and her father-in-law are super duper, kind, and friendly. They respond to our needs very efficiently. The room/homestay is up the best and very strategic. Walking distance to all attractions.Highly recommend!

Location is great, near the ancient city. Easy to reach the iconic GuangJi Bridge. Many eateries and shops around. Owners are friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, very quiet and comfortable bed. The hotel was very good in providing information and recommendations for sightseeing places and restaurants. Will visit again.

The service and the response time from the owner was very good and fast. They are friendly and generous. They gave clear information to our enquries. Very knowledgeable. The location is very convenient, short walk to everywhere and still quiet. The property is tastefully decorated. Tea session in the evening if you hv time to join them n other guests. Overall a very pleasant stay. Will be back again.

Very difficult to locate the Inn. Even locals do not know the street or the Inn. More thoughts need to be given to instruct visitors.

民宿環境很好，住在巷子裏晚上很安靜，白天光線也很好，院子裏香香的，門口還有衹很很可愛粘人的小貓。 位置去潮州古城很方便，附近好吃的店也很多

房間很小很小，放不下兩個行李箱，可是有兩個床鋪！親子房出遊誰家不是兩個旅行箱？！房間廁所馬桶是漏的，你上好廁所那個黃色的水馬上流出來跟淋浴區一塊兒了，真的是無語！被單估計也沒有換，上面又臟還有好幾根頭髮，吃的零食，天吶！這是我住民宿最不能認同的衞生差！

修竹畔雖然床有兩張，但是房間比較小，一家五口出遊是有點擁擠，剛好淡季，店家免費給我們升級了金釵記，金釵記的門是以前的古老的大門，關門開門是很有趣的體驗，但是木門隔音不太好，介意的還是考慮一下，店家服務態度很不錯，高鐵班次比較晚，在茶室自助泡茶，很舒服，宵夜也可以在小院吃，總體來説物美價廉，但是不要跟酒店比較喔，那是不一樣的體驗，在線給店家點贊

環境很有潮汕特色，全程沒有民宿主人接待，社恐人仕首選，另外還有一隻很可愛的小灰，喜歡貓咪的可以過來吸。如果再來潮汕，這裡會是我的首先住宿。
