Ulasan Country Garden Phoenix Hotel

This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

We had a great time staying here. The whole place is beautiful. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Desserts were complimentary, and the breakfast was delicious. The balcony overlooking the lake was breathtaking, and the room was spacious and clean. We’ll definitely come back.

The attention of the team was excellent but the entertainment services were not what was advertised about the hotel.

Room was good, not sure why they have a jacuzzi bath when they remove the jacuzzi function. Pool was nice but they didn’t have any male lockers left when I went. Food was good but not really western considering it is the western restaurant.

Hotel staff good and hotel is clean and nice and safe

This hotel has many good points but also many things they can improve. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel inside is beautiful. The rooms are big and clean, and in general the rooms are quiet and well insulated. Unfortunately we were there at a quiet time so the western restaurant was not open, but they did have a small western menu available and went to a lot of trouble to accommodate us. The extra blanket had some nasty stains on it and had to be changed (housekeeping should pay more attention to this). The tennis courts etc. are poorly maintained. But overall it was a pleasant stay and I would stay there again.

假期旅行途經巢湖，入住此酒店2天。碧桂園酒店前台馬宜梅熱情接待了我們，並安排帶陽台安靜的房間。同時，給我推薦了周邊旅遊路線和攻略。讓我們一家玩得很開心，離開酒店時送給了孩子路途消遣的小禮物（迷你積木）温暖而貼心。值得推薦入住的優質酒店。👍👍👍

房間很大，沒訂臨湖的房間但也有個露台，衹是衹能看到房頂，衞生間也很大，乾濕分離。酒店服務很好，到酒店就有服務員幫忙拿行李，一直送到房間，退房還送了禮品和礦泉水。酒店自助餐晚餐非常豐富，還給住宿客人優惠。早餐也很豐富，但小點心不如晚餐的好吃，牛奶沒有熱的。

酒店在巢湖東南角，看得出來修建時碧桂園真的很有錢，酒店很大，裝修富麗堂皇。因為比較老的酒店了，房間裝修比較老派，行政大床房內的走廊真是我見過最長的酒店走廊…… 酒店還有後花園，可以看到巢湖日落。晚上正好趕上篝火晚會。早餐品類豐盛。服務也不錯，前台飛飛服務很好。

五星級的環境，頂級的服務，賓至如歸不為過。 一直對房地產行業酒店行業無感，但此番體驗過後，希望優秀的民營企業家，優質的民營企業初心不改，挺過金融環境的大週期，繼續發光發熱！ 專業化的經營服務，是國有企業無法匹及，祝越來越好！

設施：跟着導航特別好找，停車也很方便，上菜也很快，推薦！ 衞生：第一次體驗就覺得非常滿意，確實是來放鬆的好地方，今後會常來的 環境：環境非常獨特，風格統一，就喜歡這種有格調的地方 服務：裝修非常有風格，分成小區域，挺隱祕的，感覺蠻不錯

為買碧桂園湖景房晚上十點從江蘇到達酒店，前台貼心的小陳得知後免費升了房！一個積分兑換的歡迎水果，機器人禮貌送！真的好有愛的酒店！值得推薦！

入住期間冰箱不工作，電話請求前台工作人員協助，前台讓工程過來檢查，同時派機器人過來幫我拿取蛋糕去西餐廳冷藏，至此非常感謝前台所有工作人員的幫助。但從工程來後衹是看了一眼冰箱，並沒有採取任何措施，反而責問我為什麼往機器人裏面放垃圾，我説是請前台幫忙送去冷藏，工程師傅又諷刺：不能自己送去嗎？就兩步路而已。我説是前台叫的機器人，我不用你們冷藏了，而且你這也不是一個工作人員跟客人説話的態度。在此投訴這位工程，希望貴司培訓好員工對客服務態度，畢竟客人不是來這裏找不痛快的。設備：老舊（老沒關係，但是不能臟） 氣味：非常難聞，黴味混着臭腳子味，薰一晚上，開窗睡的。 衞生：非常臟，就看這玻璃門，花十幾塊錢買點去水漬的清潔劑和納米海綿來清潔一下不行麼？住小賓館衞生沒保障就算了，碧桂園鳳凰酒店不應該啊。被子不蓬鬆像毯子蓋着不舒服，床睡着不舒服。 蚊蟲多可以理解，畢竟度假酒店環境好的話蚊蟲不可避免。 服務：前台服務很好，抱歉對接我投訴電話的前台小夥子兇了點，畢竟這不是他的錯，他為了他的同事承擔了我的怒氣。
