Great location next to the amusement park. However, heating in the room and in public space can be improved. It snowed when we checked in. The heating in the room was put in max (32 deg C) but the room stays about 13 deg C the entire time (thermostat said 18 but it didn’t feel like 18). Not the most suitable stay in winter, as it was uncomfortable cold. Breakfast was good however, it has many options for western style breakfast.

As a luxury hotel that has been open for ten years, the facilities are outdated, the room environment can be said to be dirty, and the service level and efficiency are relatively low. There are four windows for check-in. There is a long queue at one window for check-in, and no one queues at the third window for check-out - I can understand that you can just leave by throwing the door card, but should you still consider the guest experience in front of the door? ! It was the music festival, so we stayed at the Xiaowang Villa. Although the facilities were not very new, they were clean and tidy. The bathroom had a Dyson hair dryer and a Washlet.
