We really enjoyed our stay here. The facilities are very luxurious. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We especially appreciate Rambo He the concierge downstairs helping us call a cab and loaning umbrellas. The staff at breakfast were very accommodating as we were traveling with a toddler. Our hostess Anki Zhang provided a bib for our baby, Cora Gan helped us refill our water, and Daryl Wang at the dim sum station helped us with all the delicious food options.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Swimming pool and food was amazing. Great hotel.

When I came to Hyatt, the 36-story hotel lobby was very grand. The front desk was warm and thoughtful, responsive, and had a very good sense of service. The lake view rooms are located on the 17th to 33rd floors of the building. This time I stayed on the executive floor on the 32nd floor. Through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, I could enjoy the magnificent view of Kuncheng Lake. The buffet in the evening was very rich in variety and tasted great. The millet sea cucumber and knife fish wontons were both good. I have recommended it to my friends and will stay here again next time I come to Changshu.

The hotel is very good overall. It faces the lake view, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the toilet has a separate single room, and the bedding is also OK. The sliding door of the bathroom is broken and difficult to close. The water in the shower room is also quite large. The hotel swimming pool is quite good, a real constant temperature swimming pool. The outdoor temperature is only about 10℃, but the water is not cold at all. The changing room is clean and bright, and no one is swimming 🏊. It is very well maintained. There are almost no meat dishes for breakfast, but the Western pastries are very good, and the bread and cakes are must-eats! And the breakfast view is good. The hotel's elevator design is not reasonable. Customer service must go to the top floor lobby first to reach the ground floor, and then change the elevator to get down. It is very troublesome to get a takeaway. Overall, I am very satisfied and it is also suitable for bringing children to stay.

This stay was the best one I had ever had! I was not in the right state that day, but the front desk was very patient and explained everything to me over and over again (a young man with a Minnan accent), and even gave me the child's favorite teddy bear. The hotel is quite new, with good facilities, convenient bedside charging, and good service attitude.
