My second time staying here. Loved the service, cleanliness and location. The housekeeping team noticed that we loved their tea bags and left us a note to inform that they are giving us more of the teabags. Was also sick during the trip and they probably noticed that I downed many bottles of mineral water + meds on the table. They gave me more bottles of water than usual during their housekeeping duties. Love their attention to details and truly enjoyed my stay there! Scenery from the room was perfect as well.

I stayed one night at Exotic W Hotel and it was nice because I booked a room with queen bed and a bathtub. The room was clean and had all the useful amenities. There was even a bathing milk in the bathroom. The service was good, though they didn’t speak English well. However, five start hotel stuff should be able to speak in English. Some breakfast dishes were cold. All in all, I had a good experience and it was a good hotel.

I went to Changsha Beichen International Conference Center for a meeting. I am an old customer of Ctrip. After searching for the nearest and cost-effective hotel, I recommended Fansi FANS.Cloud Hotel. As expected, the price/performance ratio is very high, and the facilities are clean and tidy. Downstairs is the Beichen International Conference Center Concert Hall, Museum, Exhibition Hall, with a panoramic view of the Xiangjiang River... It should be noted that the hotel is on the A3 floor of Guohui, and the entrance is on the right side of the Guohui lobby door. It’s very suitable for people like me who don’t eat hotel meals and like to visit night markets~

The room is very clean. The giant screen room I booked is very convenient for watching games and movies. The environment and Wi-Fi are very good. Free laundry and drying are very good. There is also free parking downstairs and the transportation is convenient. Overall it is very good. Every time I go on a business trip, I stay here and feel at home. It is worth recommending. Finally, I would like to say that the customer service lady is very pretty and has a very good attitude.

位置很好，離地鐵1號線，公交站都很近，基本上所有的景區都能直通或者轉一站就到，樓下便利店蔬果店餐館都有，很方便。酒店裝修有點老舊，但是很乾凈，前台小姐姐人美心善，有問必答！東北大凍梨表示很滿意 ps.湖南的粉確實挺好吃
