Hotel staffs were all really friendly! Great location just 5 min walk away from nearest metro station and wan jia li square is about 20min walk away but didi is cheap n convenient too. Love the free services and gifts - laundry and breakfast was great too! Will recommend to stay!

Love love love this hotel, all the staff were amazing. I'm definitely staying here again next time I stay at Changsha. The location is excellent as well. Only 5 mins walk to the 5th line subway and 10 mins walkg to the 2nd line. The 2nd line stop has a mall where there's a lot of food. I came to visit a local friend and we got off at Wanjia Li Square stop, and 10 mins walk wasn't all that bad even with my hand carry. I especially adore the koala elements at the hotel...I even bought the keychain and the one carrying a chili one 😂. The food at the breakfast was pretty good as well. Super clean hotel and nice staff ❤️💜. Loved that check out time is at 2pm instead of like most hotel at 12pm.

We have a best stay at here, the staff serve us the afternoon dessert & supper too. We all love it so much. We feel warm staying at here. They even give us gift( eye mask and charging cable) 🥰🥰🥰 Location was good, near to metro station, around 300m only. Staff service was great👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hotel location is excellent (proximity to subway station and Wanjiali mall). Staff do not speak English but they really went the extra length and are very willing to help. I appreciate this very much. Love the washing facility as it means I can go home with a suitcase of clean clothes. I don’t like that the room smells of cigarette a bit - but I find this with many hotels in China, even the 5 stars ones. Bathroom was a bit smelly when I first check in but the smell disappeared after I opened the door and bedroom window all day. Breakfast was great given the price range of this hotel. Overall I had a great stay. The little gift they provide at check out was a really nice touch.

The hotel is in a good location, convenient for travel, close to the bus and subway, opposite to the business district, there is a parking lot behind the hotel for self-driving, the service attitude of the beautiful lady at the front desk is very good, give a thumbs up, the room is clean and tidy, the overall is very good 👌🏻

The hotel front desk girl was very considerate and provided free room upgrades. The location is also very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel is clean and the environment is good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Changsha.

The room is of suitable size. The service from the front desk to breakfast is satisfactory. The transportation is relatively convenient. It is about 600 meters away from Wanjiali subway station. There are many choices of food around. There are small gifts when checking out. What needs to be complained is their gym. The room is small, there are many styles, and it is together with the laundry room. If there is a laundry, the noise is so loud. Let's talk about the equipment. The treadmill is very stuck (probably because I am too fat). It is basically unusable after walking a few steps. The chain or mechanical noise of the bicycle and stepper is squeaking. Let's talk about the dumbbells. They are scary big. I saw that the weight is 5 kilograms. It's funny. There is also a sit-up chair. Think about it. These equipment are placed in a room of less than 6 square meters (maybe less than). It's better not to have these equipment. As for the pictures, just look at the pictures provided by the merchant, haha
