Dekorasi hotel adalah ***a Cina baru, sangat tinggi! Nona Zhou Meng di layanan meja depan hangat dan penuh perhatian. Lokasi hotel mudah ditemukan, tenang di malam hari, dan tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman! Sarapan di hotel sangat kaya! Secara keseluruhan saya merasa puas!

Menginap di Xinli News Hotel untuk pertama kalinya dan sangat puas. Sikap layanan dan rasa layanan sangat baik, mengetuk pintu untuk mengantarkan buah-buahan dan makan malam, semua orang tersenyum, dan sarapannya kaya akan variasi dan pilihan yang beragam. Terutama layanan butler bagasi yang disediakan oleh hotel sangat nyaman dan bepergian dengan tangan kosong. Puji Bu Gong Min sudah membantu kami dengan pelayanan pengiriman barang bawaan ke stasiun kereta cepat, 👍.

Layanan ini sangat bagus. Sangat nyaman untuk tinggal di sini di Xiangya. Sarapan juga sudah termasuk. Parkirnya juga bagus. Keamanan tempat parkir akan membantu mengarahkan parkir. Terima kasih khusus kepada Nona Li Meili di meja depan karena telah merawatnya.

amazing stay, love the extra mile services from (小钟) xiao zhong 👍🏻 whenever we have questions, she speak with patience and understands that we are from overseas. we went to wash our clothes and bumped into her at the lift, she offered to help us to get our dryer clothes and send it back to our hotel room. hotel is pretty too 😍👍🏻❤️ highly recommend!!

Hotel room was pretty cool, had a projector to screen dramas & movies. The bed was comfy & shower water pressure was really good.

Great location, price, and service. Even though this is an international hotel, the staff does not speak English so be ready with your translator in case you do not speak Chinese.

The hotel is a bit far from famous shopping area. The room is hot due to air condition was closed in winter time. Anyway the staff change to another room that was more cooler.

First time staying in this hotel. Receptionist was swift in checkin in process. Clean room and toilet. Toiletries and one time use-pack were all new and stocked up. One of the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in honestly lmao. Hotel representatives were friendly and nice to send up fruit plates twice during our first night and the subsequent nights. Would highly recommend. Super B services. Felt better than many other 4-5 stars hotels. However breakfast were just average. Too oily and salty, I’m more towards a bland taste type of person.
