I have been at this hotel 3 times so I enjoyed it but would not reccomend to chose the package with dinner included. Not much of a selection. In my opinion the breakfast was much better than the dinner buffet. So after the first time I just added the breakfast.

I had an enjoyable one night stay at the DoubleTree. I was given a delicious cookie in arrival. Excellent customer service, particularly from Jenny, who was very helpful in providing information on local sightseeing. I used the pool, jacuzzi and steam room, all great, although the changing rooms are a bit grubby and would benefit from a revamp. Breakfast was plentiful. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. An enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Very good hotel. The staff is always trying to fulfill the wishes of the guests, they are very friendly and helpful. I was helped to order cabs, to order food and with other information. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space.

Hilton is really good, both in terms of service and hygiene. They also helped me upgrade to a family suite for free, which was too big. The breakfast was also great. I wanted to renew it the next day but it was fully booked. It was a perfect trip.

This stay was great! Lily at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, patiently answered questions, and recommended nearby food. The gym is fully equipped and the exercise is super enjoyable; the heated swimming pool is clean and clear, and it is super comfortable to swim. There is also a free Hanfu experience. The front desk staff is very welcoming. Although it seems that there are few people, the room is very comfortable and most importantly, it is very quiet, not noisy. Although the surrounding transportation is a little far from the city, it is very convenient, at least it is not so congested, and the travel is still very smooth. I will stay here in the future.

This is the second hotel I stayed in Xi'an. The hotel room is very new and clean. The location is a bit far from the city. The swimming pool and gym can be used for free with a room card.
