I have specifically requested for non-smoking room, I still get a room choked with cigarettes smell. When I feedback to the staff next day, they still insisted that level is non-smoking room. I don’t know what to say. Overall it’s a decent hotel with courtesy staff and standard breakfast spread.

It’s a new hotel with new facilities. There are automatic curtains, robes, good desk and ergonomic chair, very clean and good value. Also there’s a commercial washer and dryer that’s free to use.

The hotel hardware and breakfast are very good, nothing to say. But this room is quite weird. Diagonally opposite the bed is a large mirror.
At first I didn’t pay attention. I woke up in the middle of the night in a daze and saw a person standing opposite me. I asked him what was the matter. But suddenly, I realized something was wrong.
I was so scared at the time that I turned on the light and found that it was the mirror (the fourth photo) reflecting the bathrobe hanging opposite...
The mirror in the hotel room cannot face the bed. It's scary.

We were not disappointed with all the friends we met along the way, especially the one in Changsha. The breakfast was excellent. I would like to express my special thanks to the cold dish lady in the breakfast department. She helped us cut Hami melon 🍈 so that we could eat it conveniently during the journey. It was very heartwarming. The room is also very new and there are many food around, it is worth recommending! The sisters at the front desk are very beautiful

A hotel with great value for money. From the hotel sales staff to the cleaning staff, especially the front desk staff, they are all very nice. I checked in early in the morning and it was almost two o'clock when I went to my room to go to bed. When I opened the quilt and was about to go to sleep, there was a small bug crawling on it and a hair on the headrest. Because it was too late at the time, I didn't know. I didn’t pay attention to anything else while taking the photo because my wife is pregnant and we went to bed quickly. The next day, when I woke up and took a shower, I found that the water pressure was low and the water was hot and cold. When I went to the front desk to renew my stay, I told the front desk this. When I mentioned this issue, it was the 24th. Please remember this time. The next day, their room was like a blind box. There are always surprises waiting for you. The next day, I changed to a room. It turned out that the bath towels were dirty and the air conditioning panel was always dirty. Because when I asked the first question, the front desk asked me if I had a photo, so this time I took a photo and then asked their manager how to solve the problem. There was no reasonable answer. It was clearly a problem with the hotel. Their manager could just say that he was a normal person. Who stayed in our hotel even though there was something wrong with them? They said that I was abnormal and that business was not doing well. Their hotel had no problem and they still haven’t solved the problem for me. I came with my friends, so I stayed with them. This was not a good idea. The hotel said that I had nothing to do and was looking for trouble. If you believe me, please don’t stay here because the service is bad! Poor hygiene! Poor facilities! Hampton by Hilton is the first choice for hotels with a budget of 300-400.
1. I stayed at a certain chain hotel (specifically Xiangya Branch No. 1) the night before. The air conditioner was noisy and the pillows were unsupportive. I had insomnia all night. I immediately changed to a Hilton hotel the next day! ~!
2. Hampton’s pillows and beds are amazing, which made up for my sleep the day before! I slept until past one o'clock the next day! The smart toilet is amazing too!
3. For transportation, you can ride a small electric donkey to Shungling subway station and it is very convenient to go anywhere.
4. Oh, yes, there is also enough gym equipment, suitable for traveling and fitness.
5. The only thing missing is that the breakfast is a bit monotonous. However, in Changsha, you may not have the opportunity to have a buffet at the hotel╮(¯▽¯)╭. I go back to the hotel with my stomach in hand every day.

There is a subway entrance near the hotel. You need to transfer to the subway to go to Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, which takes about half an hour. The guy at the front desk also upgraded us to a deluxe twin room, but the air conditioner would be louder at night. I contacted the front desk at night, and they immediately sent someone to help check the cause. The air conditioner needs to be adjusted to 26°C to be silent, otherwise the air conditioner will make louder sounds. big. The hotel's breakfast is also rich.
