平時一般不點評。入住時前台直接房間升級，設施齊全，差不多按5星級裝修的，特別是酒店環境很不錯。還可以泡澡，停車場有充電樁，餐飲比外面的味道好，價格也還便宜，兩天基本把菜點了一遍，都好吃，沒踩雷。

來到這家酒店有驚喜，位置很好，距離各個景點都很近，但是屬於鬧中取靜，硬件設施也不錯，智能化家居，看的出來裝修的時候用了不少功夫，房間乾淨衞生，床上用品也舒服，服務熱情，餐廳的菜品真心建議你們嘗一嘗，味道好，份量足，外面那些農家樂根本沒法比，衹是價格比農家樂略高，服務員説最近搞活動8.8折，算下來也能接受，吃的飽飽的[呲牙]改變了我對酒店菜不好吃的觀念，下回再來竹海的話，還會選擇這裏！

酒店在海中海湖區附近，酒店環湖，窗邊可以看湖景。還有個無邊泳池 可惜沒帶泳衣，房間衞生狀況很好，前台服務很貼心，早餐也非常不豐富。
