Ulasan Hampton by Hilton Changchun Cultural Plaza

Lokasinya agak jauh dari pusat. Ada stasiun metro terdekat. Hotel ini cerah dan modern. Kamar ini memiliki semua fasilitas yang kami butuhkan. Mandinya bagus. TV cukup besar. Kualitas sarapan agak mengecewakan.

Saya menginap di lokasi Hangzhou dua kali tahun ini dan terpesona oleh kebersihan dan layanan superior di sana. Jadi, begitu saya melihat nama itu muncul saat mencari hotel di Changchun, saya harus memilihnya. Catatan: Ketika kami tiba, kami disambut dengan sopan oleh staf meja depan dan kami dapat check-in lebih awal tanpa repot. Kamarnya bersih, tidak berbau, dan bahkan ada jendela yang bisa dibuka dan ditutup dengan mudah (saya sudah melihat banyak hotel lain yang jendelanya palsu, haha). Sarapannya enak!! Ada banyak pilihan (barat dan lokal). Kami benar-benar kenyang. Kami juga tinggal di restoran selama berjam-jam hanya untuk makan, mengobrol, dan mengisi kembali piring kami. Benar-benar bagus. Kami menghabiskan 2 malam dan harus checkout jam 5 pagi di hari terakhir. Kami diberi kotak sarapan takeaway yang terdiri dari yogurt croissant dan buah. Sangat nyaman karena kami melewatkan sarapan lezat. Ada restoran yang sangat bagus di dekat hotel bernama Yan Niu. Mereka menyajikan hidangan lokal bersama dengan beberapa masakan Korea. Lezat!! Kawasan kota berjarak sekitar 10 menit dengan didi. Ada banyak toko, restoran, dan taman di daerah itu. Secara keseluruhan, ini adalah pengalaman menginap yang nyaman di hotel. Ini adalah pengalaman menginap ketiga saya di Hampton by Hilton tahun ini. Saya berharap mereka akan mempertahankan tingkat konsistensi ini.

Sungguh pengalaman yang menyenangkan. Hotel ini indah dan bersih. Stafnya sangat ramah dan menawarkan layanan hebat. Sarapannya enak dan banyak pilihan

Good location . The most convenient thing is that there have wash and dryers - it’s free! breakfast is great, And hotel service staff is warm and polite.

One of the worst hotel interactions. There wasn’t a single day without issues.

Go out must take taxi. Walking distance only got few restaurants. This area is neighbourhood area. Not suitable for tourists. Walking to Hong Qi street need more than 30mins. The design of hotel entrance is really unfriendly. Winter time the main door not open, only left door is open. I am carrying my large 30’ luggage and push thru a narrow slope, then need to open 3 door manually myself only can enter to hotel lobby. Hotel don’t have workers to assist to open door and take luggage. Hotel is clean. Staff not friendly, asking questions about the restaurant nearby this area. They just reply don’t know, not local people without offering help to us. 😓😓😓

Services is very good, hotel reservations xiao zhang is very helpful and she even served us drinks when we came back to collect our luggages

New hotel so everything was great! Breakfast was nice and plentiful, room was spacious but was too hot! you can't turn the air cond down. Stayed at the hotel on 2 occasions 4 days apart, My first stay I booked through Hilton directly as a Hilton Gold Member, however received no recognition upon arrival plus Hilton's website is higher than Trip.com hence I decided to book via Trip.com

The hotel is very comfortable and spacious, We got upgraded without any additional charge. The breakfast spread is good with coffee machine. I am delighted they provide free laundry room with ironing board. Walking distance to subway blue line. Will totally recommend you to stay in this hotel.

Location is average. Room doesnt have luggage rack. Need to place luggage on the floor. Wifi got intermittent connection problem. Front desk not very friendly. But the restaurant staff is very efficient and hardworking. Overall cannot compete with Atour or Mercure..

The hotel staff is nice. They were helpful and upgraded my room. Rooms are very clean. Probably the best hotel around Culture Square. Some negative aspects though: - The check-in took more than 20 minutes. - On the lobby, they have a beautiful coffee machine... that does not work... Only for decoration. - The breakfast seems nice with a lot of options but nothing is really good (fake fruit juice, no cold cut or cheese, no pork sausages, etc.) - The sales manager of the hotel used my booking contact (from Trip.com) to add me on Wechat and advertise for his hotel. Which is definitely abusive.
