Ibis Budget Tours Sud

Firstly let me start by saying this is a great budget hotel that is conveniently located if you’re passing through to Spain. It is also located with Ibis Styles and you can share the same facilities such as the restaurant which I highly recommend, the evening food here is amazing! Personal recommendation for the pork Belly and Oyster mushroom starter! The rooms are basic but since we opted for budget not style it was well worth the money being spacious and housed a good en-suite and toilet. The hotel also boasts great parking and a lovely garden/pool area in the center between Budget and Styles. So why the bad review? - Well in the aforementioned garden (which is fenced and enclosed) there appears to be several stray cats, usually not a problem however one evening in our return leg of our trip a young cat was trying to get in the door that my wife with my 6 Month old baby, myself and our Labrador was trying to get out. We waited to see if the cat would leave but it did not, we decided to go out slowly and the cat started to leave but once we was fully outside the cat turned around and attacked us, I managed to get our Labrador back inside but the cat had now started attacking my wife and 6 month old baby! Fortunately my wife was able to get back into the restaurant door, no matter how good a hotel is, it’s service and restaurant being attacked by stray animals inside the hotel property is not acceptable please take responsibility and have these cats rehomed elsewhere before another attack occurs.

Very convenient for onward journey on A10 to Bordeaux. Staff helpful. Good overnight stop. Room functional. Good for the price.

Super stop over Enroute from the south back to the Ferry. Great value.

The bedding was horrible- pillow too thick and too soft, blanket too thick so I was sweating. Wasn't able to sleep and had a bad day after departure

Très bon hôtel, accueil agréable. Entrée de l'hôtel se fait au bout du parking. Ne sachant pas en arrivant on est entré par Ibis Style( les hôtels sont communiquant). Très agréablement surprise pour un Budget. Grande chambre, Sdb bien agencée, toilette indépendante,grande penderie. Restaurants tout proche (voir même accessible à pieds pour certain.

Une bonne surprise ! En déplacement professionnel pour une nuit, je ne m’attendais pas à grand-chose mais j’ai été agréablement surpris. L’établissement est collé à l’ibis styles et l’accueil du budget tout petit mais les chambres sont elles très grandes ! J’avais une vue sur l’espace vert, c’était plutôt calme hormis la ventilation peu gênante toutefois. La chambre était propre, un peu vide pour l’espace mais très bien en soit. Petit déjeuner sans plus mais correct. Très bon rapport qualité prix !

l'ibis budget communique avec l'ibis styles, ce qui fait que vous pouvez profiter du bar et du restaurant ! le service au bar a été super. seul la réception de l'hôtel budget était limite aimable... dommage .

An der Rezeption kein Englisch, kein Deutsch, Frühstück etwas mager, kein Internet...
