Nice hotel with nice room and swimming pool, good breakfast

Perhaps the best beautique hotel we've ever been!!!Everything is excellent. We came from Vrnjacka Banja-Serbia and it was worth every kilometer we've passed. Place is nearby town center snd just a few minute drive from Iliça beach. Also, 10 minute drive to Alaçati and an hour drive from Izmir and famous Kemeralti bazaar. Fantastic...looking forward to come again.

Incredibly friendly staff, very clean and spacious room. Amazing price/performance ratio. Boyalık beach easily reachable in a few minutes. Minibus to Çeşme and Alaçatı right in front of the hotel. Sufficient breakfast. Very reasonable prices for drinks at the pool. I have no complains and will come back for sure.

This is the first Terrible review I've ever given on any of the sites I regularly use (love to travel). I discovered upon arriving that I did not included my toddler to the booking and was getting weird vibes when we arrived for our 2-night stay ("you sure you're at the right hotel?" -The guy carrying our luggage to the reception). The booking included the rest of us and I offered to book an extra room or pay extra for my baby (who would have slept next to me but ok, whatever to resolve the issue) but the lady the very surly receptionist called in translate had very rough english and more or less said that their establishment does not accept young children. I was absolutely shocked. This isn't my first trip to Turkey and at this point, I've been here for a few weeks this time around, travelling from one city to the next along the coast. This has never happened. I told her that they should include that in their *********** description and they said they can't do that (supposedly they tried but maybe *********** doesn't allow for such discrimination? It was hard to tell with the limited communication). Clearly they had a specific type of clientele and didn't want to mess with that. We sat in the lobby for 30minutes or so while I tried to book another hotel in the area. I cancelled this reservation and they refunded me. The translator was kind and offered my other kids something sweet to eat while waiting, she also called a taxi for us. Regardless of the above, I was glad they asked us to look elsewhere because my first impression of the hotel upon arriving was "whoa, the photos make it look so much nicer than reality" the pool is pretty much on the main street with just a small barrier blocking it. The walls need repainting and it's chipping off in a lot of places. Pool was overcrowded with adults. Not a single child in sight (quickly discovered why). Old furniture in the lobby which doubles as a restaurant it seems. Yes, I'm a hotel snob, I travel extensively and it's all in the details regardless of how fancy or modest a hotel is. Seemed clean and location not too far from the beach but would need to take a taxi to get there as the hotel is on a main street. Basically, it's where middle-aged adults on a budget go to get drunk and relive their youth.

Hôtel au top je recommande à 200% personnel au petit soin toujours souriant et toujours disponible. Très propre et très calme. Petit déjeuné super avec du choix. Je remercie infiniment le personnel c'était une expérience en à Cesme en Turquie inoubliable. Proche de la marina 10min à pied et des commerces. Ils m'ont surclassé car l'hôtel n'était pas au complet en juin 2024. Frigo dans la chambre avec bouilloire eau a disposition gratuitement en arrivant...Piscine nickel ne pique pas les yeux et est vraiment très propre, extérieur super propre et agréable. Ein wirklich sehr gutes Hotel! Ist ein Familienbetrieb, mit ein paar Mitarbeitern. So aufmerksame Menschen die 24/7 für uns da waren. Manchmal habe ich schon überlegt ob die überhaupt schlafen😂 es war immer Personal präsent!!! Das Hotel ist sehr sauber , tägliche Reinigung. Für alle Anliegen hatten sie Ideen, Lösungen und halfen wo sie konnten. Das war die schönste Woche die ich je hatte. Es gibt dort nur Frühstück aber an der Bar am Pool kann man sich Toast, Pommes und andere Snacks bestellen also man verhungert nicht. Ich danke dem Twins Hotel von ganzem Herzen für alles und wir werden uns nächstes Jahr definitiv wieder sehen.

Temiz ve hizmet çok iyi. Beklentinizi karşılayacak ve üstüne çıkacaktır. Odaların yerleşimi , kullanılan ekipmanlar ,hijyen ve sistem çok iyi. Kahvaltı çeşit bence yeterli ve çok düzenli ve tertemiz. Havuz da çok temiz ve kullanışlı. Biz çok beğendik. Denize 5 dakika.

Das Hotel ist schön und recht modern…wurde wohl vor kurzem umgebaut. Frühstück ist sehr mager, immer die selben einfachen Sachen. Aber worauf ich genauer eingehen möchte ist der Besitzer… ein richtiger Abzocker… versucht in die Getränkerechung einfach mal Sachen hinzuzufügen die man angeblich kaputt gemacht hat. Versucht die Kunden immer wieder mit Maschen abzuziehen. Bloß weg bleiben. Er kontrolliert und überwacht seine Mitarbeiter durchgehend und meint Der Sherrif zusein. Schmeißt einfach ohne Verwarnungen Leute aus dem Hotel raus und zahlt das Geld noch nichtmals aus.

Twins Bizim için heryere yakın ve ulaşımı kolaydı. Havuzunu çok beğendik odalar rahattı personeller özellikle güler yüzlüydü sadece temizlik konusu berbat hiç beklentimizi karşılamadı 3 gün kalmamıza rağmen odamız hiç temizlenmedi. Aile için uygun bir yer .

Bize Kazik atilar aılece geldık telefonda başka fıyat söyledıler oraya varınca da mecbur kaldık çoluk çocuk lan gece 23 saat hıc bıryere gıdemezdık oda larımız dolu dıye 1 gün sonra başka odaya aldılar temuz da 1000tl bır standart oda benzınlıg yanında ! Resımler yalan çakmış güzel dıye, sabah kahvaltıya kaldık cımrıler başka bırsey söylenemez ,otel fıyatları müşteri göre alıyorlar aç gözlülük İnsan böyle ınsanlarına karışlacınca memleketinden soguyor..
