Grand Hotel Cesenatico

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in May 2024. Overall, I was happy with the experience. We had a room on the east side facing the beach. The room was comfortable. The bathroom wasn't cramped and was well lit and clean. IMO the room was a little small for the price. The elevators worked and were clean. The staff are what you would expect at a 4* hotel, very courteous and attentive. We had a problem with the AC when we got there, but it was corrected. Breakfast was great. We ate dinner at the hotel several times. The food was good and the service excellent. They have a dessert buffet with a good selection. The lobby and terrace are very nice.

As always in life there are good impressions. The staff was polite and helpful, from the two very helpful porters to reception. Room cleaners were good I have not tried the restaurant as the menu appeared bland in comparison with the local restaurants.I did not like the manager Domenico,he is not from the trade.Surely he will be good at something else. Bathtub (which also serves as shower) very difficult to enter and leave as it is too high I reported to the front desk that the TV was unplugged and the bathroom mirror was written on with my fingers, I noticed after taking a shower. Only one small lift for the whole hotel. My stay was five days, of which the lift worked only the first day. Wifi useless as signal is weak, speed low, and the connection breaks down constantly. This alone is enough reason to avoid the accomidation Room price very much over the top with an average of €300. Correct would be €100 my room 56.

However, the water is muddy, and the beach very flat. You have to walk in a lot to reach swimming depth Now the not so good details Situated in a ‚touristically developed‘ area without protection There is a stair in front of the main entrance Hotel aged and in need of renovation Rooms very simple with cheap furniture, and too small No sitting chair for desk, only a low useless armchair No socket on one side of the bed Bathtub (which also serves as shower) very difficult to enter and leave as it is too high Only one small lift for the whole hotel My stay was five days, of which the lift worked only the first day. No idea what happened after my departure. Many old guests with even crutches had to use the staircase over several floors. Abbiamo soggiornato 7 notti, dal 1 al 8 settembre, con un bambino di 7 anni. Personale gentile e preparato, ottima sia la colazione che la cena e il ristorante in spiaggia. Spiaggia con ombrelloni distanziati a dovere. Belle e curate le zone comuni. Purtroppo ci è stata assegnata una camera con vista sul campo da tennis all'ultimo piano con mobili da Mercatone e bagno con bidet scomodissimo. Ci stanno le 4 stelle per la struttura ma la camera ne merita 2. Non so, forse ci hanno assegnato la camera peggiore!

Hotel storico e maestoso in pieno centro. La nostra camera nonostante fosse una deluxe vista mare( direi...vista campo da tennis che avevamo proprio sotto) vedeva i segni del tempo. Mobili vecchi...e non antichi...bagno con vasca scomodissima e televisione veramente piccola e non da 4 stelle. In camera non c'era un bollitore che ritengo indispensabile in questa categoria... Bella la terrazza bar e colazione Servizio di bici comodissimo e gentilezza da parte del personale.

Viaggio per lavoro a Cesena, mi fermo al Grand Hotel Cesenatico, una vera meraviglia. La facciata lascia davvero senza parole. L’hotel è gestito con grande professionalità e gentilezza dal personale, bellissima la sala da pranzo e piacevolissima la zona all’aperto dedicata alla prima colazione. Affacciato sulla piazza principale e sul mare, il Grand Hotel è l’ideale per una super rilassante vacanza, mare sole buon cibo, belle camere.
