Everything about my stay was incredible. From the food, to the service, to the room itself. The staff at ON truly make you feel welcome and do everything they can to ensure you have the best experience. Including breakfast is a must as the chef curates some delectable meals to get your day started right. The staff was so helpful and promptly assisted with anything I needed, including taxis and dinner recommendations. I also appreciated how central the hotel was; located directly next to the main city square, you don’t have to walk far at all to be on the promenade, in the going out district, to meet for a tour, or to shop. I look forward to visiting the beautiful city of Thessaloniki and ON Residence again in the future.

Attentive staff, excellent & expansive breakfast included (downstairs in lovely restaurant or out in adjoining lovely courtyard). Our bay view room included a small balcony, welcome desserts, & thoughtful details like an umbrella. Also got a voucher for a glass of house wine in the restaurant (and the food is excellent) Only complaints: too many nightlights in the room which can’t be turned off— we blocked a few with towels— and the rooftop bar music can be loud (it closes at midnight) I’d avoid the 7th floor because it’s directly below the rooftop bar.

As a customer for years of other hotels belonging to the TOR hotel group, I was curious to experience the newest addition of a luxury city hotel and booked it for an overnight stay on business in Thessaloniki. I was not disappointed and frankly I am looking forward to staying there again! The hotel is within an old building, which used to be the prestigious and historical Olympos-Naousa restaurant. The building has been wonderfully refurbished and on top of it, a new extension has been seamlessly incorporated. The hotel inside and outside has a lot of character with understated luxury, oozing an air of 'old money', in that everything in there is of high quality and has character, without anything being glitzy or tacky (as it can often be in luxury hotels). I was upgraded to a junior suite with seaview, which was really lovely! The room was very big, with a very comfortable bed and a great view of the old port and the sea. Great for people watching and boat spotting! Everything in the room, the linen, furniture and furnishings were properly thought out and felt luxurious. The bathroom was big with an excellent rain shower and luxury amenities. Everything is in beige and grey tones with white linen, which create a calm atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely, in the space of the old Olympos-Naousa restaurant, with the original floor and high ceiling, yet it felt warm and intimate. Most of the food was freshly prepared and there were numerous options to order from, along with a buffet consisting mostly of dairy products, pastries and cereal. Everything was included in the price of the stay, as it should be for a luxury hotel. The waiters were very efficient and polite. What I found surprising, is that there is no lobby area, as such. You enter the building and there is one small reception desk and two elevators at the back, and that is it; left and right of the reception desk is a bar and a restaurant, so there is nowhere to sit if let's say you are waiting for someone. It was not a problem for me, but it was very different from most luxury hotels which usually showcase themselves through plush and luxurious lobby areas. One thing I would recommend to other travellers is that if you stay in a room facing the sea, consider having earplugs with you. Even though there is double-glazing, the noise from the traffic and bars goes late into the night, so if you are used to sleeping in complete quiet, you might struggle. I am already planning my next stay to ON Residence, hopefully with the family!

Fabulous combination of location and views/historic building with excellent amenities/above and beyond staff and top notch food. Don't miss out on dining here-food and service top notch, and you have to love the restoration of the room.

An amazing Hotel top location ,water front,retro. 30’s look. Staff professional,polite and at your service. Restaurant food fantastic ( try the lamb) as good as it gets.Service brilliant all the staff just want to make your stay the best. I even asked for a shower floor mat .it was there that night..I met the Manager and can see why the Hotel runs so well.Thanks everyone for making my sty so memorable.
