Went here with family and the stay was amazing. Pretty close to the Alamo and the Riverwalk so it was a nice convenient place to stay at. Would go back if ever back in town.

Great place to stay for access to the Riverwalk & Alamo. Nice big rooms, bath a little small. Comfortable beds & pillows. Great outdoor HEATED pool. Nice breakfast. Pleasant staff. Small lobby bar and large gathering space.

It was a good experience to stay in this hotel. Their staff are so good, didn't have any issues, will definitely come back.

The location is within walking range to the Alamo, Shops at Riverwalk, and nightlife.

I found a blood spot and hair on our bed. So discussion, I called the front desk and he was nice, apologized, and changed different room for us.

Good breakfast, good service. Only complaint is parking. $35 valet only option is pricey.

The room was just ok. I found what looked like splattered blood on the wall by the sink, feces on the wall and hair in the shower that didn’t belong to us. There was also cereal on the floor left over from a previous guest. Blanket was stained and the bedside table had a dried white substance on it. Definitely needs to be cleaned better. I probably wouldn’t stay here next time.

Briana at the front desk was amazing. Very kind and helpful. Made our stay very easy and was so welcoming from the start despite how busy it was during New Year's.

Nice stay. Comfortable room. Breakfast was nice. Close to the Riverwalk, lots of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again. Did not use the exercise room which appeared to be well equipped with treadmills, ellipticals and weights. Valet service was very quick and convenient.

My family and I were amazed at how comfortable and clean the rooms were. The staff was friendly - most definitely will recommend and do business again

This hotel was perfect for me and my family. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was amazing and helpful with anything we asked for and went above and beyond to help. They had plenty of snacks and other things in case you forgot something, although it was a little on the pricey side for those items. It was a pretty hotel and the property was perfect in that the street outside was not super busy and so it was relatively quiet. The pool area was also really nice. The breakfast was also super good and the staff attending it was really good to refill things and help if there were any issues. I will definitely be staying here again while visiting San Antonio. Thanks to all the staff y'all made Christmas even better!
