Need to see more coming from a resort. Dont think the staff is hospitable enough . Towel whitness 7/10

This hotel turned out to be, a rather old hotel that was modernized/renovated, there are still old elements. the hotel is strategically located in the middle of Jakarta. unfortunately I got a room that had a few ants. put food in, 30 minutes later the ants came. but the hotel room is spacious, the bathroom is also spacious. oh yeah in the bathroom I also sometimes find small cockroaches. maybe because my room floor is not high enough (4th floor), asked to move floors at that time they said it was full, that's the connecting room. the breakfast food is delicious, but there are no sausages. the bathroom shower is nice, fast, warm and stable. there are no strange smells. the room's AC is slow, sometimes it feels less cold. overall it's pretty good, for the price I got. that's all, thank you very much.

The TV isn't smart yet, there's no Netflix or YouTube, so it's a bit annoying if you staycation in the room

The lobby has been renovated and gives a luxurious impression..the check-in process is fast and uncomplicated. The elevator needs to be updated and for the deluxe type it's a shame there's no hair dryer even though other brands at the 4-star level have provided hair dryers in the bathroom. for the room it's clean and has a modern interior..the TV isn't a smart TV yet..the AC can't be set to the temperature but for me it doesn't matter because the room is cool enough and comfortable. the breakfast choices aren't many and the taste is quite okay. The swimming pool is clean but there are very few chairs and there are some broken and loose tiles
