The stay was very good. Staff in this hotel is very supportive. Everything was good .Bed and pillow was also nice . Hotel was also nice . My stay was comfortable and value of money, rooms are OK and breakfast is upto mark their are ***y Local places near by hotel to buy the various stuff , metro station is near by Walking distance . Staff is friendly & very co orporative u can also book the cab easily

My experience at the Hotel Emperor Palms in Karol Bagh was absolutely horrendous and could be described without exaggeration as a nightmare. I had the misfortune of being accommodated in one of the worst rooms in this hotel. Upon entering the room, I was hit by a musty stench that nearly knocked me over. It felt like stepping into a damp cellar, not a hotel room. Mold was spreading everywhere on the walls and ceilings, as if it had conquered the room. It was disgusting and definitely not the sight one expects when entering a hotel. The thought of having to sleep there was simply revolting. The dirt and filth that had spread everywhere only intensified the feeling of despair. It was evident that no cleaning crew had entered this room for months. Dust and dirt covered every corner, and I felt like I was in a scenario from a horror movie. Breakfast was another ordeal. The food looked like it came from a post-apocalyptic kitchen. The taste was so disgusting that I wonder if the cooks had any idea what they were preparing. The dishes and utensils were so dirty that I could barely bring myself to touch them. I skipped my breakfast entirely and fled the hotel hungry. The staff seemed as disinterested and indifferent as the conditions of the hotel. My complaints were ignored or shrugged off, as if mold, stench, and filth were part of the normal ambiance. My stay at the Hotel Emperor Palms in Karol Bagh was an absolute fiasco and lowered my expectations of hospitality to a new low. I can only describe this hotel as a den of horrors and strongly advise against setting foot there. It is a place best avoided if one wants to preserve their health and sanity.

Top hospitality with respected service by the employees. Vehicle service provided was on time and worth according to the cost. The price for rooms was reasonable including breakfast. Proper location for the travellers who’re planning to stay near to the market area.

One of the best hotel in Karol Bagh, Delhi. Great ***ager Mr. Praveen working since decades in hospitality line has advised us to stay in this hotel. Very neat and clean rooms.Every thing superb....

1. Can't complain about the behaviour of all the staffs of the hotel, extremely helpful and polite and respectful. 2. Well experienced ***gers go out of the way to make sure my stay was hastle free. 3. Neat and clean rooms . 4. Value for money. P.s - in the last two weeks i visited Delhi twice, after my first experience staying here ,it was not tough to decide to visit this hotel again. Highly recommend.
