overall good experience except the internet internet wifi was not working as expected more over only one device was permitted to connect and my antivirus security constantly sending me messages regarding by connecting this network your your data are not secured ***** with saved passwords and other sensitive information

Cleanliness wise , it was not up to the mark . Few insects and cockroaches were roaming in the bathroom. Other then that it was clean. Breakfast buffet was ok, but the hard plastic(reusable )plates used there were stained.

Treebo deceived mo on the online booking. Mr. Khatariya of CITY International came to my rescue. Wonderful people with wonderful service. Comfortable stay thanks to Mr. Khatariya!! Caution booking online

Staffs were very good and helpful. The complementary breakfast was pretty good. Price for dinner was bit high at the hotel, but one can order that from outside through online apps. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would surely recommend this place.

This is very nice hotel with all basic amenities and facility provides at this price compare to other hotel. Lobby has very good space and sitting arrangments. All staff are very nice and friendly. Mr. Viren from front office.

This is very nice hotel near Carol bag. Very cooperative Staffs specially from office and room service. Room is very neat and clean. They places all basic amenities in the room. Food is also good in test.

Hotel is good nice services all staff is help full 5 minut walking distance from Karol bagh metro station.the nice part is hotel has parking facility for few cars.also paid parking is just opposite from hotel.
