It was ok overall but they had issues with dranage and it smelled a lot there

The hotel location was a little hard to find at the beginning. The services was excellent for both the front desk attendants. A little far from tourist areas I like the hotel a lot because of the excitement services. My room was comfortable, nice and clean.

Stayed in this hotel in 2019. It was called Best Western then. Now, still the same quality. Professional ladies in reception desk.

Muy buen hotel en el centro de Oporto! La habitación es de buen tamaño, la cama super comoda y el cuarto limpio en general, sin duda me volvería a quedar ahi

La habitación es perfecta con la vista afuera y cómoda adentra. La locación del hotel es muy conviniente para irme a las vistas. Los empleados son profesionales. Gracias por todos.
