It was ok overall but they had issues with dranage and it smelled a lot there

The hotel location was a little hard to find at the beginning. The services was excellent for both the front desk attendants. A little far from tourist areas I like the hotel a lot because of the excitement services. My room was comfortable, nice and clean.

Stayed in this hotel in 2019. It was called Best Western then. Now, still the same quality. Professional ladies in reception desk.

Very good hotel in the center of Porto! The room is a good size, the bed is super comfortable and the room is clean in general, I would definitely stay there again.

The room is perfect with the view outside and comfortable inside. The location of the hotel is very convenient to go to the sights. The employees are professionals. Thanks for everything.
