The hotel is in a very convenient location, the environment is clean, and the service staff are quite friendly. I will stay there again if I have the chance next time.

The room boasts immaculate cleanliness and features exceptionally comfortable beds that strike just the right balance between softness and support, ensuring you'll feel right at home. Guests can enjoy both hot and cold showers, and the functional bidet provides additional convenience. Plus, using the toilet is straightforward and hassle-free.

The location is very good in the center of Cebu city. The rooms are decent. The staff are courteous and helpful. They do not have a restaurant though. Overall, a good experience.

The best part about this hotel is the location, across from the big mall and supermarket, but I cannot recommend staying here because the rooms are extremely noisy from the outside traffic and the entire room is full of mold because of the humidity. The window does not open and there is no ventilation, and every day, the room and my bags and clothes were wet because there was no proper ventilation. And you can see mold growing on the walls. Not a good experience 😭

The location is good. The ground floor is the parking area with a small entrance to the elevators. The actual lobby is on the 2nd floor but the entrance on the street always has at least one guard if you need assistance. The street level not being the lobby also makes space for an on site 7 Eleven, which is convenient. The Christmas tree decoration on the window in the photo highlights 'Metro'- this is the department store entrance to the Ayala mall, obviously walking distance. Even closer, on the ground floor of the tower on the right is a handy Starbucks.

Love the service. Hotel staffs are accomodating & the location is superb. It is in the heart of the city.

I booked twin bed in 1 room for two male and female that are not couple 2weeks prior to their stay and it approved but when they checked in they gave 1 room and 1bed( insane). No glass, no free water, as in horrible.

If you want a clean and good location hotel, you can choose this but don’t expect too much because there are no free toothbrush nor toothpaste. You need to buy your own.

Everything was great, only that the rooms are quite tight which you cannot do much about.

The location is very good! But the amenities is lacking like wifi, basic essentials we expect the they might have is nothing 😩

Yet again the staff proved themselves first rate, although this time there was a minor issue. To start you are met at the entrance by 2 real gentlemen. You cannot ask for better. They were both polite and very helpful. Sorry I did not get their names ,but next time I will remedy that. If you stay there and need information talk to them. On to reception and once more was greeted by the delightful Blaise. Again I cannot express what an asset she and the 2 gentlemen are to the hotel.Rooms were clean and tidy. The only issue that I left one day around 10.30 a left notice to make up the room. This did not occur. First time it has happened. Not really a problem. I highly recommend this hotel,with its fantastic staff,clean rooms and great location. Will see you again soon.

Room was a little bit small and they no amenities at all such as bottle water, slippers, laundry services and kettle for guest to use. Anyway the hotel was near to Ayala shopping mall

Excellent frontdesk customer service! Very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Great location— walking distance to and from Cebu Business Park. Sheets and pillowcases can be cleaner. Some smell in the bathroom at times. Overall okay hotel for its price.

The location is perfect for us . We had our room early  also the best,  same with last time I stay Red planet . One problem our room is fronting the street is very noisy you cannot sleep.
