I totally recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The room was clean, and the towels and blankets were spotless (though they didn’t provide slippers, which was fine for me since I don’t use them). Kudos to the cleaning staff for ensuring everything was immaculate. I don’t usually use hotel blankets because they often smell unwashed or feel like there are insects crawling on them, but that wasn’t the case here. The staff was super friendly and approachable. The receptionist who assisted me during check-in and check-out was professional and made me feel comfortable. The cleaning staff greeted me with a smile in the hallway, as did the bellboy and guard. For what it’s worth, the price you pay is fair for the service provided. However, if you’re looking for a hotel close to the airport, I wouldn’t recommend this one. It took me an hour to get to the airport due to the horrible traffic. Aside from that their breakfast is just right. I thought it was a buffet kind of bfast but food is nice😊👍🏻

Delicious breakfast, amazing and overly nice staffs. The bartender Jeffery is very friendly and he’s good at communication. My experience overall was wonderful. I’ll definitely come back

Very nice hotel and helpful staff at reception but with breakfast have to wait 30 minutes to get you fry egg cold dinner very expensive and need to ask to give you knife must use you spoon 😄

A bit far from the airport and downtown , but clean and the stuffs are amazing and helpful .

This is a brand new hotel just started their operation in this year. Located at old town area, not CBD area, surrounded with lots of convenient store, hospital, food court, restaurants etc. No Swimming pool and gym room nor laundry service, but nearby got a laundry shop. Security 24 hours. All the staff greet and smile to their guest, and polite nevertheless. you may access your nextflix acct or youtube acct for tv program.

New hotel, breakfast is ok. For Muslims are required to tell reception about halal food in the morning. The chef is Muslim and it is the best option for everyone. Friendly staff... Have a good journey!)

The hotel was nice and cozy suitable to stay and relax. They have nice selection to watch on tv,accessible also to fuente.

Location of the hotel is near the business office where the employee has official business transaction. It is easy to locate. It has clean room and facility.

The location is great and new. The service is fairly. There is the noice from the road during the night time. The aminity in the bath room look not realy good condition.

One and done with this hotel. Be careful. They claim to have two different suit rooms. The one you see on trip.com is the biggest of the two and nicest. Originally put me in a much smaller suit room with no coffee table and no full size air con unit. Room was hard to walk around. Finally moved me to another room which was the correct suit room as advertised on trip.com but had an awful paint smell that made me feel sick. Changed me to another room eventually after saying they were sold out and couldn't change me a third time. Can back a few days later and they tried to put my companion in the same room I had issues with before which made absolutely no sense. Should not be renting rooms with toxic smells in it. No staff wore name badges which made it hard to communicate and reference to other staff and felt extremely unprofessional not ever saying who they are when calling or talking at front desk. The bathroom gets flooded and the toilet too with water cause I guess they decided against a full shower screen. So feet always are in a flood when using the bathroom. Bathroom shampoo and body wash are difficult to dispense although the body wash smelled good. Only one roll of toilet paper and no tissues. Rust and wear already present in many locations of the bathroom and terrible construction quality in the room. First glance looks nice but can see upon closer inspection poor quality and checks in many locations. No hair dryer in the room and only upon request. Bed is awfully short and feet hangover if you are over 175cm~ Swimming pool not open yet. They say still in soft opening stages but still so much growing pain and communication issues. Included breakfast was simple and small hut delicious but that is ran by a private company from what I understand - independent of the hotel. Safe worked well and air con worked well. Overall disappointment by the quality of room workmanship, staff who are not identifiable and told us conflicting information and put us right back into the room with issues and also the poor bed size and flooded bathroom make me pass this hotel upon return. Will return for the meal in the restaurant on site which is managed well by a different company from my understanding. Shoutout to the night audit agent (whose name I don't know as well cause no name tag!!!) who was the most cheerful and helpful.

It is a good hotel. The location is perfect and the breakfast was adequate. Will book again.
