Very disappointing. I booked a room with CITY VIEW. But nothing to see. Windows are shut and glazed. Its like a BUNKER. I had tokd the hotel and TRIP tgat i am claustrophobic and i cannot stay in a space without a view of outside. Worse is that the hotel cannot give me any room with kitchenette which i also need. Hotel just outrightly refuse/reject to refund the other 2 nights just because its non-refundable. I cannot refund the other 2 nights (i booked 3). Basically, i have no choice but use the room. I had anxiety attack with this situation.I called trip.com 5x. My issue is partially reaolved at about 11:30pm. Trip.com is also frustrating on handling this issue. I am the customer here who paid but the value i paid for was not provided. I dont have a choice but to stay over 1 night. My wife and child left this hotel the very next day and moved to another hotel nearby. This is below the BEST WESTERN standard. I hope someone checks this property. Location-hard to get a taxi/Grab. Not walkable to ho to the nearest. I used supermarket. Shower is clogged, bidet is flooding the flor. Minibar-only fridge.

They give you twin beds put together instead of king size. Breakfast not ready on time. Another incompetent hotel .

Great in general. Maybe breakfast could have more protein and less sugar. Even the bacon was sweet.

Never been to Philippines. This is my first trip there. New hotel, clean and reasonable price. And next to coffee shop. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They also help tourists to make a reservations for day tour. Nice stay and happy journey

Very friendly staff and excellent service from guard, housekeeping and front office. From our arrival until we left the hotel, we were happy and satisfied. Thank you for all the assistance. Dec 28 to 31, 2023.

All in all the experience was good. The staff are very friendly, respectful, and welcoming. The room is clean. I just have a bit of a problem with the internet as it may seem to have an issue especially when you're trying to connect. Also, Room 305's double lock wasn't working although they have the auto-lock placed but just for security purposes they might wanna check and fix it. Also, the main door needs to be closed hard in order for the auto-lock to function. Some customers might not notice that at first glance but anyway there was a beeping sound if the door was not closed properly.

飯店人員的態度好到沒話說 特別是這兩個小哥，努力協助我這個外國人 處理sim卡 雖然只有一種花灑 沒有蓮蓬頭 但水壓水溫穩定！ 房間大小舒適！ 我總共住了三天 每天早餐都有些許差異 食物表現很菲律賓

位置離靠海的幾個重要景點差不多是三公里左右的距離，並沒有特別近。並不如介紹裏説離xx著名什麼什麼的近走路可以到（他們標的都是按摩店什麼的）。門頭很小，打車定位很難定，衹能定到對面一個醫生大學醫院的main entrance（幾乎每次都是，非常非常麻煩！因為這個醫院還有emergency的入口什麼的，相似後綴的地址太多了很容易選錯），但最後一次早上出發去機場倒是能定位了，真的很迷啊。整體感覺就是國內桔子或者漢庭的水平（沒有橘子水晶那麼好哦），而且靠馬路摩託車很吵，要到十一點之後好一點，隔音很一般，隔壁刷卡音樂提示開關門都很吵，所以紅眼航班前休息很折磨。前台很客氣，一直笑笑的，半夜的morning call也很準時。房間裏紙頭和水都是缺的，第二天的水還是缺，每次都要討，真的很麻煩……整體普普通通，對菲律賓大城市整個旅店消費水平不太明白的情況下，三百多一天水平跟衹能説跟國內大城市的快捷酒店差不多。我衹是上島後留了一天室內觀光，宿務城市景點留一天時間已經很足夠。

房間不大但乾淨，grab打車搜酒店的名字搜不到，輸入地址也搜不到，酒店門簾很小，每次從酒店出發或者回去定位都是到對面的醫科大學
