Awesome experience, 5 of the 14 rooms have kitchen facilities and beautiful European-style ancient buildings. The service staff is warm and friendly and helpful, the hotel has its own car, and we have three pieces of luggage for four people to Catania Airport for 35 euros. The most cost-effective hotel on a 19-day trip to Italy.

Please, please let us know your check-in time in advance to ensure a smooth check-in. You will receive an email, so please make sure to check it before you go.
If you look closely next to the entrance, you will see DOME written on it. There is no large sign, so please look carefully at the wall when looking for the accommodation.
The host was very kind, and the room was pretty and well-equipped. It was a very satisfactory room.
This is a very memorable hotel in Catania.

Gave me a large triple room. The wireless network is unstable. The traffic is very convenient. The airport alibus is directly to the door. 4 Euros. Downstairs is the market. The bars and restaurants are very good.

The location is very good. Downstairs is the airport bus stop 🎁 bus terminal. Easy to travel. The hotel is on the third floor, a family hotel with four rooms, a restaurant kitchen, and an elevator. Really can see the sea view and sunrise. The boss is very enthusiastic. Breakfast is homemade. Very healthy.

WWatcherLove the very convenient location right in the middle of Via Etnea, walking distances to most of the major attractions. Front Office is warm and very helpful in providing us with information and map upon checking in. Room was great and very comfortable. We were an hour early for check-in, and the room we booked wasn't available then. Instead, we got a surprise to be able to check-in into a bigger room. Breakfast is fabulous with lots of choices. Highly recommended.
The property is right opposite the Rinascente departmental store. Before careful if you are claiming VAT refund. My tax refund of over 200 euros was disallowed as the tax refund form prepared by them deliberately omitted the last digit of my passport number.

AAlainThe hotel is well located 20 mins walk from the old town square but next to everything.
It is in renovation partially so the gym wasn't open and the lobby is diminished.
The breakfast although rich and tasty was not replenished and advertised until 12h on sundays but half empty by 10h so it was such a bummer knowing that we paid extra for that.
So all in all feels like a 4 stars but still in progress and for the high price we paid we would have expected more.

GGuest UserThe most satisfying hotel on this trip, room, breakfast, swimming pool, beach, beautiful scenery. I would also like to thank the Uber driver. The flight was delayed and we arrived at 3am. The taxi charges 50, but Uber only charges 38. The driver was very enthusiastic and used translation software to chat throughout the whole process, 👍🏻

But I cannot understand why there’s never a plug beside the bed. People need to charge their phones.
The bathroom is ok but there is nothing to place the toiletries in the shower, so you’re forced to either bend over in a very small space either open the shower multiple times and make a mess.
The main issue is the breakfast. It’s the land of desolation and it’s really a pity.
The croissants and the brioches are good, but regardless of the time of your arrival it’s never refurnished.
No marmalades, 3 butters, 2 Nutellas, only one typeof cereal, no milk.
Everything is missing, it seems raided.
Why pay for an hotel breakfast if there’s less food that at home or any café?
It could happen once, not constantly.

DDarcy. WThe hotel is near the bus station and train station and walkable to the main areas in the city. Maybe because of its proximity to the train station, the area between the train station and the hotel feels a tad bit dodgy especially at night.
There happen to be a large market a block away from the hotel on a Thursday we were there. Had quite a nice morning walk there.
The hotel itself is new and very clean. It has a sleek elegant design yet still maintain some parts of the original design. We had a very pleasant stay there.
Many parking lots available right in front of the hotel.
We enjoyed the breakfast, the spread is limited but the variety is sufficient for us.

MMaria ElizabethI like this hotel as they provide good value with large rooms and it is well maintained plus convenient for the airport. It is possible to walk from the airport although be careful as there isn’t always a sidewalk and the roads are very busy. They offer a shuttle. The hotel is located in an industrial area so not all views are great - they are politely attentive. Nice breakfast with good selection

Location is good.
I won’t recommend the hotel due to the one rude staff who blamed me for putting a key on the wrong door(there were two doors before the reception).
At that time I was super tired after walking all day but he ordered me to wait until he finished talking on the phone with angry face. He called me off that I almost damaged the door by clicking the key too much and the other customers could haven’t use it then I have to pay for the damage. He even mentioned the price for it.
Then I had to show him that I can use the keys in the right place and turn them properly.
The worst customer service I’ve ever had and my trip was damaged..

AAnonymous UserThe location is very good, really near from the tourist attractions. It is also surrounded with restaurants and bars. The big local market is just right to the next street. The neighborhood may look odd from the beginning but it is safe. The bed is comfortable. This is a free breakfast place, but the breakfast options are the easy to go ones. The owner doesn’t speak English but can work with google translate. He also offers a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for €20. The walls are so thin so you can hear everything outside of your bedroom. This is most likely ideal for young people as the place is in front of different bars, so, it is very loud during the evening until 1 in the night.
