Normaly we don't leave negative reviews, but on this occasion we felt we had to warn potential guests. Definitely, the term luxury did not apply to this establishment. Main problems were cleanliness and staff behavior. The room had the impression of not being thoroughly cleaned, as if only the bed sheets and towels were changed. The bathroom, floor, and balcony were quite dirty. In particular, the bathroom had trimmed hair on the sink and the floor, the glass for the toothbrushes had not been cleaned (it had stains of toothpaste from the previous guests), and the shower had obvious signs of mold, and a nasty smell was coming from the drain and filled the room. The breakfast time was from 8 to 10, and we got there at 10:05 (ok, this was past the breakfast time; this was our mistake), but the behavior we got when we got there was very rude and insulting, which led to us not having breakfast there even on the second day and preferring to get breakfast somewhere outside.
