Good hotel

Centrally located, good customer service at reception. Hotel a bit old and worn out with dark and not lit interior. Toilet is fortunately renovated. OK breakfast. Good for short stays.

Saya langsung pergi ke hotel untuk reservasi, dia memberi saya harga 480dh, tetapi pada pemesanan itu 26€, nah saya berhasil menurunkan harganya dan dia menambahkan 25dh, saya tidak tahu kenapa, selain pajak turis . Saya dikasih kamar 104 Saya menemukan banyak semut di meja samping tempat tidur, dan ada pelayan saya menunjukkan padanya kotoran dia mengambil kertas untuk menghilangkan semut 🤮 Saya meninggalkan kamar untuk mengeluh ke resepsionis dia menawari saya kamar lain tetapi baunya pfff akhirnya saya minta refund dia bilang itu dilarang, bahkan bukan tidak mungkin jadi saya berangkat ke hotel lain dan mereka menipu saya, kesalahan saya adalah saya membayar sebelum memeriksa kamar saya tidak menghabiskan 15 menit di tempat ini untuk tidak melakukannya katakan hotel untuk menghindari menghindari menghindari menghindari

Saya menginap di hotel ini bersama keluarga saya (istri, anak perempuan dan menantunya) antara tanggal 26 dan 28 Mei. Satu-satunya hal positif adalah keramahan staf. Kamar tanpa handuk mandi dan tanpa sikat toilet untuk membersihkan toilet. Ketika saya meminta handuk, mereka membuat wajah terkejut dan memberi saya handuk kecil dan dua kotor. Di pagi hari, saat sarapan, mereka mematikan lift. Pada hari pertama, mereka meminta maaf atas kegagalan fungsi, pada hari kedua mereka mencoba alasan yang sama tetapi saya menuntut agar lift dihidupkan karena putri saya sedang hamil besar dan tidak dapat naik enam lantai atau menuruni tangga dengan barang bawaannya . Hanya ketika saya meminta buku pengaduan, di hadapannya, mereka mengatakan bahwa mereka akan memanggil kami secara eksklusif. Memalukan! Tempat yang harus dihindari. Itu adalah tempat liburan saya!

My stay at the Majestic Hotel in Casablanca was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived with low expectations after reading reviews about bugs in the rooms, and yet, somehow, the hotel managed to disappoint us even further. At first glance, the room seemed passable, but a closer look revealed that it was filthy and poorly maintained. Instead of fixing the actual problems, they’ve slapped on cheap decorations to cover up the glaring flaws. Our bathroom was infested with ants, there was visible mould on the walls, and one of the walls in the room was damp and reeked of mildew. To make things worse, the room reeked of sewage, and the walls were paper-thin, meaning we could hear every sound from neighboring rooms and the hallway. It took the staff two full days to address a plugged sink, despite multiple requests. Towels had to be repeatedly begged for, and the shampoo was never refilled after the initial two miniature bottles on arrival. The public areas of the hotel were no better. The hallway carpets were patchy, mismatched, and reeked of neglect. Room signs hung crookedly, and the whole place smelled unpleasant. The elevator felt like a safety hazard, shaking and creaking with every use. It’s hard to tell if the management simply doesn’t care or if they genuinely don’t understand basic hospitality standards. Either way, their lack of respect for guests is glaring. The only saving grace was the cleaning staff, who did a good job with the little they had to work with. Unfortunately, their efforts were overshadowed by the hotel’s overall shabbiness and poor management. If you have even the slightest sense of taste or standards, avoid this hotel at all costs. Yes, you can survive a night here if you absolutely must, but don’t expect anything beyond that. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely appalling.

HIGH ALERT !! HOTEL MEJESTIC A .. NIGHTMARE & FULL OF BUGS PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS It is a disgusting hotel. My bed was full of bugs, and I was bitten by these bugs. Pls note the following. - Very dirty hotel. - smell so bad, feel vomiting - dirty room - Unfriendly staff - dirty and old bedsheets - bathroom smells bad & full of water each time i take shower - Security not kind - unhelpful staff - NO towels in the room - noone take responsibility for anything whatsoever. - noone, make you feel welcome - no rest and peace in the hotel - The area is very bad. Bad atmosphere and alcohol and the location is dangerous at night.

HOTEL DA EVITARE. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO Siamo arrivati alle 23 e abbiamo avuto l'amara scoperta che avevano dato via le nostre camere. Hanno giustificato la cosa dicendo che non avevamo risposto alle loro chiamate quando, in realtà, erano stati loro a non rispondere ai nostri messaggi di richiesta conferma del transfer. Inoltre, quando siamo arrivati, altre persone erano alla reception con il nostro medesimo problema

I reviewed this hotel because it is the lowest rated in Morocco. When I entered the lobby I thought I was in the wrong hotel it looks so luxurious! I got into my room and everything looked perfect, my room was very clean and bathroom also. The balcony had great views and I accidentally locked myself out! You might be wondering why I only gave 4 stars? This is because of BREAKFAST, no hot food, not many options and I was given a rotten egg 🥚 Sorry but not sorry 😉

Disgusting hotel, terrible unfriendly staff, dirty rooms with mold and terrible smell, they don’t even have towels in the room, they have some water inside of the soap dispenser instead of soap, moreover manager shouted at me, I HAVE PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAUMA after this hotel!!! NEVER GO THERE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO RUIN YOUR EMOTIONAL STATE AND HOLIDAYS. The only positive thing about this hotel is a charming lady who was cooking Moroccan crepes

Excellent location and good breakfast BUT small cockroaches 🪳 on the corridors, sink blocked in room and a just single small towel on a double room. Front desk didn’t have the best reaction when confronted with the issues.
